I just ordered two American dogs, which is a number 6. I said it just like this, "can I get two all American dogs and a small onion ring with a medium blast with Reese's". I didn't know I needed to check my order like this was a McDonald's, so I drove home just to find both of my hotdogs plain, I guess next time I'll go make my own hotdogs ?

The person who took our order kept messing it up. It took almost 45 min to get our food and we didn't even get what we ordered. I normally love Sonics but this was the worst experience with them to date.

This time I was surprised that there was someone who had the ability to think while working? I've had to realize that if there is ever 2 individuals that work in a fast food establishment and both can think? It must be the end of times.

This was my 1st visit to sonic. An email with some special pricing brought me here to give it a try. The special pricing was only available if you preordered your food through the appThat is where the trouble started. The app was not working well, it actually stopped completely 2 or 3 times. It appeared to not have a connection to the Internet and I finally gave up on itI jumped into the drive-through and ordered the same items I had intended to in the app. Unfortunately without the special pricing that the email had offeredThe total bill was almost 50% more than I expectedI'm guessing this is not an uncommon occurrence because when I brought it up to the young lady who asked for my credit card, without hitting hesitation they adjusted my bill to the sale prices. I thought this was very nice usually there is an argument about sale prices in using apps and things like thatThe food I had was OK.. It was not exceptional it was not great, neither was it bad.It was reasonably priced and probably a great place to take the kids after the little league game or something like that. After all they do serve tater totsBesides sitting inside the restaurant or doing take out through the drive thru sonics still offers car hop serviceWhile this will probably never be a place I go for for myself, absolutely I would pull in when I have a car full of kids that want to snack

Person at the drive thru could not get our order straight. Repeated it 4 times. When it was given to us at the window there were no tater tots and the bacon egg croissant was a chicken sandwich. Had to wait extra time for them to correct it.

Expensive food. And legit everytime I go they forget the sauce it doesn't tatter whether it's salad dressing, marinara sauce, or condiments like BBQ. There ice cream machine breaks as often as McDonald's so there menu isn't full most of the time....I would make this plan c if your plan a closes randomly and your plan b well your plan b just happened to fail you too then and even then would I still have to think about coming here.

The past two times I’ve tried to order food at this location have been unsuccessful. We just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes listening to employees laugh and were unable to place an order. No one ever responded. This happened a few months also. Prior to these two attempts, the girl argued with me when I received a medium fry instead of a large… Tonight was my last attempt to give business to the Merritt Island Sonic. Just as bad as the Merritt Island BK.

No car hop service. Long wait in the drive through. Come Sonic get it together!

Order the Super Sonic or Ultimate Meat burrito! They are completely stuffed and worth the money.

Something is wrong with the dr.pepper, the last three times I've been there the dr.pepper has tasted very wrong and this time I handed it back and said it tasted weird and the employee just said "I know" and gave me a sprite which tasted fine. I know this isn't the employees faults that something is wrong with the dr.pepper but I'm leaving the review so the managers will actually do something about it, I don't know if the syrups lines haven't been cleaned properly or if the carbonation syrup percentage is off but it's bad and needs to be fixed.I give it 2 stars because it's not that employees fault I've worked in food service and he was nice about it taking it back immediately but it shouldn't have gotten out that window in the first place since they know something is wrong with it. Put up a "out of Dr.pepper" sign taped to the menu or something because it shouldn't be served to customers. I gave it back this time because it had a chemically taste to it, the time before that it had a weird vanilla&cinnamon flavor after it like it was mixed with vanilla coke or something so I thought I was served Vanilla Dr.pepper on accident but that "I know" let's me know it's the standard one and something is wrong. Managers/owners fix the pop machine.
