Just a bit of a wait but good service awesome food! And one of the best funny and friendly waitress. Her name is Nam. I was so impressed by the memory of the waiter Jason next to us. Took the big order and didn't write anything down a got everything right.. That's awesome in my book! The Sweet Tea was right on point. Clean facilities. This was a real good dining experience
We just had a wonderful dinner at Red Lobster on Merritt Island tonight. A special thank you to our terrific waiter Joseph H. He was phenomenal! He was everything a good waiter should be: friendly, courteous, capable, attentive, and very efficient. Not only did he memorize all four orders, they were spot on and served promptly. We were very pleased both with the service and quality of our food! Highly recommend.
Red Lobster, you need to step it up! Spent 10 minutes before anyone even came over to the hostess station. Waitresses and bartenders were walking around and not 1 person greeted my family or I. We almost walked out and then a hostess came over and didn't even apologize about the wait. We tried to get mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and the waitress informed us there is a mozzarella cheese shortage and they were out of them. Really? I ordered the all you can eat shrimp and was disappointed. It took so long for the waitress to come back with the refill of shrimp and now you are only allowed to get 1 refill at a time instead of 2. Plus, you only get 1 side item instead of 2 like they used to offer and you no longer offer rice pilaf. Now, it's this bland, plain white rice with a weird taste. How much cheaper can you get? At least the cheddar bay biscuits were good.

Normally would give 5 star but wait time was a little much. Arrived around 12:30. Place was practically empty except for a very large crowd family. Seating took over half hour when told 15 minutes. Sister in law has epilepsy and was getting agitated by the time we were seated. All in all the food was great as usual. I always get lobster bisque. Delicious. Coconut shrimp was very good as well. Will always go back.
I haven't been here in quite a long time. The Lobster Lover's Dream was really good and quite a large amount of it too. The place is a little dated. Kat was a great bartender/ server and really friendly. Prices are high, but food is good.Went back on April, 4th got the "Endless Shrimp" which you can't beat for $17.99 per person. The only problem I had was the draft Bud Light has a 'musty taste' and smell to it. This is the same as last time we went. So the draft lines must need to be cleaned. I ended up drinking tea.
