Worst Popeyes me and my family has ever been too! Couldn't eat in the dinning room so had to go thru the drive through. Did not get anything that any of us orders had to ask for the rite food and even then my wife assumed hers was rite and it was totally all the way wrong so she didn't get to eat it because it was something she couldn't handle to eat at the moment. It was kinda late in the evening and with All the people in line and more people coming back and walking up to the window because there food was wrong or they didn't get something, there was no way we were going back thru the drive thru to get what she ordered. It took almost 40 minutes the first time we went thru so we weren't going to try that agian
Food was good service was fast. I did mark dine in cuz that was why we went. Apparently the roof inside the restaurant isn't safe so they closed dine in. Which yes that's great however I was not informed this with a sign on the door before or after I ordered and paid and got my food. I dont eat in my vehicle and wanted to eat a fresh hot lunch not drive home and eat after the fact but eat it hot in the restaurant. If there were a sign stating take out only I would have gone elsewhere. But dont take my review if you love popeyes I do too. Just on a weekend when I have time to sit and eat I should be given warning before I order.....just saying.
Got the fish sandwich. Took 2 bites and it tasted like a wet sock, so I threw it away. Vomited about an hour later. It's too soon to tell, but I have managed restaurants for nearly a decade and know the signs of food poisoning. If I continue to feel ill by morning, I will be reporting this location to the state and their corporate line.
Not all Popeyes are good but this one is. Biscuits are always fresh and Chicken well cooked and crispy and unusual for the chai this one is usually clean and tidy
Popeyes is awesome but this place is hit or miss. There is usually a super long drive thru line, like the longest I've ever seen at a Popeyes. More like a Chick Fil-A on a busy weekend but without the efficient line workers outside taking orders. Also, I never can guarantee they'll get my order right. It seems optional to staff often.
This location's portion sizes suck big time, you pay so much for so little, avoid this location if possible ?
We ordered just few minutes ago for pickup. We ordered 2 sides with our coupon 5 pieces fried chickens and 2 sides: rice red bean and 1 French fries. They said at the window pickup about mashed potatoes but we rejected not our side ordered .we told her red beans and fries.she changed to red beans rice but there are no French fries. We were so mad when got home. I called back right away but no one pickup phone. So bad experience at our dinner times. You owned me a sides ordered now. Bad services. Why no one answer the phone now ( 7:22 pm ???now) I want to report the manager this case. Nu Dang .
Order was all WRONG !!!! Drove all the way home had to turn around go back to get the right stuff. I tried to tell them you gave me the wrong order...I order the big box with white meat you gave me dark plus a apple pie that I didn't order...so my 6$ box cost me 10$ charged to my card. Could not get them to understand the whole order was wrong ?
We had a big catering order. They were super busy and I wasn’t sure how it was gonna go. You could tell they were short on staff like most restaurants but they were all working very hard to offer the best service possible. The manager stepped in and personally assured our order was complete and we were satisfied. He was very professional and still apologize although I assured it wasn’t necessary. I told him I would give them a good review. In these times we need more professional managers like this. Most importantly all the food was cooked perfect. My father in law really enjoyed his party as Popeyes is his favorite.
Keep closing/locking the lobby despite not having the surrounding infrastructure to support a long drive thru line, meaning the entire road is blocked off daily because of them. Picking up orders takes forever, meaning delivery drivers dont want to tale orders from here. Tons of potholes in the parking lot make it dangerous to go through drive thru. Orders are slow to be made and its obvious everyone who works here is underpaid and miserable. Please pay your people better so you stop having staffing issues, and please take better care of your locations. It doesn't matter how good the food is if you can't even order it!
