On my most recent visit to this location, there were some serious problems.When I arrived I was informed they were remaking my pizza, the reason was they forgot to put cheese on it.I will not call this a management problem because it was due to a single employee who is definitely below average in his work abilityIn fact while I was waiting for my pizza a second pizza came out of the oven with no cheese on it.I would be willing to bet that was the employee's last day at papa John's.. And I will give papa John's a chance to redeem themselves because I've had good pizzas from their locations throughout the yearsOnce I make my next visit to that papa John's location I will update this post as to whether the issues are resolved are still in place
We decided to try their new “New York pizza” and were greatly disappointed. The pizza is no different than any other pepperoni pizza they make, and is nothing like New York pizza. Their pizzas aren’t bad, but they got us on a false marketing ploy. We’ll be going back to our regular pizza joint.
It's the first time I tried Papa John's on Merritt Island and that was the worst pizza I've ever tasted in my entire life.There wasn't barely any cheese whatsoever on this pizza as crazy as that sounds. I will never order from them again for the remainder of my life.
Pizzas were prepared as ordered for 2 pizzas with 1/2 and 1/2 orders. We did order extra cheese on both and would hate to see regular cheese, it was still very light on the cheese. We only received one garlic butter per pizza.

Called to get a pizza delivered. The lady was so absurdly rude I said forget it and didn't even order. Horrible customer interaction.
If you order off the website or app your order is done by a 3rd party. I was not aware of that door dash was going to deliver. So when an incomplete order was delivered Papa Johns would not help. I just told to contact Door dash and get a refund. A bit of explanation was there with attitude and the feeling I was wasting their time. Not a helpful manner or any leads of how to get order information to door dash. Papa johns is not at fault but the customer service, the ruse tone and annoyance in their voice is reason for the review. Will it affect anything ?
