I eat at Olive Garden frequently. I nearly always have soup, salad, and bread sticks. This location was pretty fast (no wait to be seated, less than 3 minutes to order, about 5 minutes more to get my food. The server was polite and checked on me a few times for refills. The food was delicious, as usual. I would return to this location without hesitation.
The thing about restaurant chains is you know what you’re in for generally. Then it comes down to how one location does in comparison to the others. Well, this is a great one.The food was exactly as expected and was very, very good. But the service was just absolutely top notch! My server was attentive and friendly and really seemed like he enjoyed his work and sincere in his wanting me to enjoy my visit.Very highly recommended!
Excellent service!!!! Did I mention excellent service??? In today's world, its hard to find this level of service. She accommodated our kids 8 & 10 and made sure our salad and soup dishes were full.
The food were great and most of the servers was wonderful except for my server who was doing great at first, until a couple of caucasian came in after us. That when the bad treatment started. She kept on walking by us as if we weren't even there. The way I see it our money are no different from that couple's money. We will still patronize your restaurant .
On a cold rainy Sunday late morning, you can't beat Italian food. The soap and salad are always good. If you need to limit your salt intake, stay away from the salad and breadsticks. The minestrone soup is not salty and it is generous on the veggies. My better half was very happy with his lasgna and dude of sausage. The prices are fair and service was very good.
Lunch was great today! We had a great lunch, thanks to the wonderful staff. Our hostess was the sweetest and had light conversation on the way to our table. Our server Tyler was friendly, had the greatest personality, and had staff come and sing me a Happy Birthday. The food was hot and tasted great, restaurant was clean, and parking nice and easy. We will be back for sure!
Award-deserving exceptional server & manager worth requesting when dining in! I hadn’t been in 15 years. After being seated and ordering from our super nice and professional server, my date had to take me to the ER for a new medicine I took causing a flushing red reaction on my upper body. My date and I took a bite of our entree and had to run out to get to the ER out of concern. I was fine after an hour, so we left the hospital and went back to complete our dinner and pay. Our food was served to us but everything was like new, and we chose to use our prior extremely nice server. Then, the GM or Floor Manager talked with us, checked in on us, and to our astonishment he unbelievably waived our dinner. We paid for the remaining beverages we ordered and my boyfriend generously tipped that wonderful server!They were absolutely outstanding to us! The entire staff including the host/hostess was very friendly and remembered us which was super nice. We will be back again and again due to this one evening at dinner that changed our perspective of Olive Garden restaurant that I haven’t visited in 15 years or more.Thank you Olive Garden Staff for the outstanding service, delicious dinner and truly caring experience delivered by the amazing staff that evening! We were very impressed by our server, Donna, and the Manager, Cam, for extreme kindness and consideration for us as “human beings” and not just seeing us as simply “customers”. I would give these two employees alone 10-stars if could.I asked Donna if she has ever been awarded for her exceptional service. Donna said I’ve been a server for many year, but no, I’ve never been recognized for something”. I’m a Marketing Agency owner and I can’t imagine her not being recognized as “2022 Server of the Year” or similar.Cam, GM or Floor Manager, was extremely business professional yet casual and warm with us making light of our hospital visit. With all of my time working in the corporate world and global studies abroad eating in restaurants and talking with people in over 9 countries while traveling, Cam genuinely sets the standard high for his “Exceptional, (I would go so far to say his Trailblazing) Leadership”, he was truly a role model that evening for all GM’s and really all other restaurant managers.They knocked our socks off! I look forward to coming back to Olive Garden.Thank you, Cam & Donna! You are both appreciated and recognized.Terri & Mike
We had such a great lunch here yesterday. Great service and good food, as always. The server here (Chou C) was so funny and nice to chat with. Will definitely be back!
