Went in to eat after a softball tournament. Was hesitant when we walked in and were told “no I don’t think you can sit outside, I have never sat anyone outside.” The place smells like sour fish and the decor is less than appealing. The shrimp was served in hot water and over cooked. Got the steak bites, they were chunks of steak boiled in butter. Baked potato was cold and the lettuce in the salad was sour. Sweet tea…well it was just tea. $140 worth of food and more than half of it was left on the table. I felt like this place should be on an episode of restaurant impossible.
We had a great meal. My fried shrimp were terrific. My wife's sweet White Shrimp were equally delicious. I really like their coleslaw also. We hadn't been in awhile but I'm sure glad we did. Service was a bit slow but that seems to be everywhere these days.
This is usually a great place to eat. We loved the oyster shooters, but they don't make them anymore. Instead, we had regular raw oysters, some of which I could not eat because a couple of them smell and tasted just too "fishy". The fisherman's catch was all fried and the catfish was soggy. Everything else was fine. Service was excellent, as usual.Note to management.. Please bring back the oysters shooters.
We enjoyed Mother’s Day dinner at Molly’s Seafood Shack and had a wonderful experience. I have been searching for a place that served fried clam strips for a long time and was not disappointed! We could tell that this was a very busy day for them but the service and food were still great. We look forward to coming back soon!
Very good seafood...reasonably priced....2 for 1 beers too...what's not to like?
The food was absolutely amazing! It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny in my opinion. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that it was 5 star food in a casual, fun environment. My family and I just found our new favorite restaurant.
Great seafood and friendly staff. The wait was a little bit slow but it is worth the wait. We were just passing through Brevard and decided to stop, and that decision was a very good one.
Had the Molly Sampler, a great deal and good food. Server, Eric, was competent and friendly. only disappointment was no male t-shirts for sale!
Hubby got fried shrimp with a side of summer salad and baked potato and I got 3 tacos ( crispy fish, Mango Salsa Ahi Tuna Taco, and blackened mahi mahi) as well as I ordered a side of cheesy grits based off reviews, then we also god a kids chicken fingers and fries. So first of all, let me start by saying the fried shrimp was absolutely, hands down, the BEST fried shrimp my husband and I have ever had. Not too salty, really tame, not over cooked, crispy and somehow melted in my mouth… this was the star of the show. Highly recommend this! His summer salad was what you would expect, loved the dressing!I also want to note our bread came fresh and was also really delicious! My daughters chicken tenders were 100% hand-made, loved the quality and amount we got for the price! These were not some cheap frozen chicken tenders, they were really good!So I ordered 3 different tacos, they were all okay. My main complain is that none of them seemed to have a lot of sauce, so they were lacking a bit in terms of flavor. I went into it thinking the tuna taco would be my favorite, but turns out the fried fish taco was the best out of the 3 I had.Lastly I want to talk about these cheesy grits. As I mentioned I got them based off previous reviews, but in my honest opinion, these were terrible. I took 1 bite and didn’t even eat any more. There was zero flavor, it tasted watered down, and there really wasn’t much cheese at all. I really hated these and I don’t recommend you get them. All in all, we will be coming back here! It’s a cute little place and we really enjoyed most of our food!
The food was amazing as was our waitress Stephanie!! SHES THE BOMB!!!! Some of the best seafood I’ve had since moving to FL!
