This McDonald's is by far the slowest and have the rudest employees. I asked for this lady to put a couple ketchup packets in the bag and the lady snatched the bag and said omg. She threw one in the bag gave me my bag back and said are you done. I try my hardest not to go back to that place but sometimes my baby wants a kids meal. They always get the orders wrong and they are so dirty.
Been here 3 times and every time my order was not only wrong.
Super stressed staff constantly yelling where I can hear it as im eating inside. My order also got messed up but the inside of the restaurant looks very nice and clean which is why I didnt give it 1 star.
Most reliable McDonalds as far as food being fresh and coming out timely and there was a renovation done recently.
They are in the process of refurbishing this McDonalds. Instead of closing they have set up a temp drive thru that is quick and convenient. I give kudos to the employees that are outside working the register and take out windows. Great job owner and employees!
2nd time going back and 2nd time same thing wont be back Rude employees, wait took so long and then i get my food and its not even right cold and burnt but what do you Expect from a fast food place i guess my fault
I wish I could give this place a zero. I called today and asked if they were going to be getting the blueberry/creme pies. The MANAGER told me he was calling the police on me and filing a complaint since he has my name and phone number. Are we that hard-up for a cheap burger that we allow this behavior here on the Island??? He said he's been with them 23 years.
After waiting for ever on the drive thru. Come to see they have given me the wrong food and the fries were burnt ??♀️
Used the app. Went to the store, waited over 20 minutes for the food, then the app told me thanks. I went to the drive thru to ask where my food was. They looked at my order, brought out the wrong food and when I called the manager said he couldn't do anything to compensate for the long wait. I used to work at McDonalds and we did not treat our customers that way.
An off the beaten path refuge that manages to maintain a remarkable level of consistently being open for business when I need it, at 6AM when the rest of Merritt Island sleeps. That's when it's drive up window serves up the arches fare at a pace suitable for the keep them rolling demands of the early birds. And from my arrival friendly greeting to through the pickup window, I have been able to drive off consistently, confident that my order is complete that my meal is in the bag.
