My first visit and it exceeded my expectations. Service from the bartender to our server was very good. Hold on to ‘Skywalker’. The tap was down so a dropped star for that.Everyone at the table was pleased. The chips were hot and fresh and the salsa is among the best in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed my Burrito Margarita. Will enjoy a dessert on my next visit. One of the top 3 Mexican restaurants north of Pineda Causeway in Brevard County.
First of all I must give a shout out to the servers supers job and the food was off the chain big thanks for good fresh food thanks again and I would tell everybody about this place and please keep on keeping on
I saw they had birria on their menu so I had to stop by. It was lunch, they were busy. The host kept playing with her hair. I walk up, she takes her hand runs it through her hair then starts playing with the ends. She seats me, about 10 mins later my server arrives. I order an unsweetened tea, their quesa birria and the island nachos. All the food arrived before the tea. The tea was warm with one dying ice cube left in the glass when it did arrive. I go to the restroom and the guy walking out had hands dripping with water. No working soap dispenser, nothing to dry your hands with and it wreaked of urine once you walk in. Water I think all over the floors. The birria tacos were made with a very fatty grizzly cut of meat. The taco shells honestly were just wet. Like they were steamed, then dipped in the consume and filled. They had no markings of being on a flat top at all. No crisp at all to them. The consume however was absolutely delicious. The nachos were very good and the shredded chicken was perfect. At this point my server came back to finally see how things were going as I was finished..I was ready for the check. So sanitation is def a concern, from the employee to the bathroom, the tacos were not good at all. The consume and the nachos were very good. If I want real good Mexican, however, I will go back to Mexicos Grill. It’s been perfect on four separate visits!!
I’ve been to Margarita Island four times now. I’ve selected different entrées each time. All have been excellent. This Mexican restaurant far surpasses the other Mexican restaurants on Merritt Island and in nearby Brevard County. Portions are large. The food as well presented. The mango margarita is delicious. They bring free chips and salsa on arrival. The service is great, particularly a server named Noe, who is very attentive. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are very clean. If you like Tex-Mex, you should check this place out. P.S. I rarely write reviews but after enjoying this restaurant I had to give it high marks.
Best food I've had in Florida! Amazing service, wonderful drinks, beautiful setting. This place is great. Delicious and friendly. I can't say enough about this family owned restaurant. Definitely recommend you visit.
Absolutely loved our experience here. Jenni was our bartender and provided great service the entire time. She provided recommendations and was spot on with everything. We will definitely be back and ask for Jenni!!!
Our server Chris was phenomenal. He was so attentive and offered suggestions. We will definitely be back to ask for him. The food was amazing all around a great experience.
Really enjoyed our dinner tonight. It was delicious. And the service was terrific. Great Margherita's too.
Simply wonderful. Great vibe. Clean restaurant. The guac was some of the best I've had in Florida. The molcajete is hands down the best I've had in Florida. Margaritas were top shelf. Customer service was great. Ate out on their patio. Be sure to check out the pics of the dishes i posted. To the owner, please take care of your cooks and waiters. They are crushing it.
I will definitely return!!!Service was beyond what I could've expected. I think if I lived closer, I would eat here daily! Every employee I encountered was super friendly and kind. Oh but the food? MOUTHWATERING! It was yummy and just simply perfect. My friends and I shared some chips and salsa and had an amazing time.Shout out to the bartender (totally forgot his name) who makes the best margaritas! Can't wait to visit again
