My wife and I went on a date tonight to Longhorn in Merritt island. Ashley H was our waitress. Ashley is an amazing waitress. She was very friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Thank you for the great experience.
The manager Melissa turned us down (party of 11) today because her kitchen “crashed”. It was about 8:30pm when we got there and waited about 20 minutes when she sent her host to let us know that it can be a long wait and she understands if we wanted to leave. I cannot hesitate enough the fact that the restaurant was fairly empty and it’s Memorial day weekend!!!! wonder how many big parties she turned down.

Merritt Island Causeway Merritt Island, FL 32952 (321) 456-5559 Services was EXCELLENT by our Waitress Tiffany - I have never see someone so attentive, Happy /smile and great customer services, she reach out to us, as our primary server was pretty busy and she also reach out to us to apologized -- Tiffany was outgoing and quality services, food was good as well, but services was excellent if you go there ask for her... and leave her a great tip as well. who ever is the manager great job on your customer services

Excellent experience!! After a long day of doctor appointments and being very hungry, We were Greeted at the door by Josh who was SMILING and WELCOMING, (while very busy the entire time we were there helping other waitstaff I must add), followed by Our lovely and efficient waitress Lindsay B. Also smiling! Then a steak cooked to perfection by the cook Corey(Great job medium rare was actually medium rare! )Thank you guys for all your hard work and for a RELAXING dinner out!
We chose this place while in Cape Canaveral as we fancied a good meal and steak sounded good. Easy to find, clean and friendly, it was the night I'd the Superbowl and we didn't have to wait long for a table. Our waitress, Ashley, was very good. Food was great and served how we asked which is very important to us due to some food intolerances. Decided to have choc cake for dessert but it looked like a while cake was served! LoL we couldn't even finish it. We visited on the first night I'd our holiday and it set the bar high, after a week in Florida, we all agreed that it was the best meal that we had!
Ordered lunch with a co-worker today. Ordered the 7pepper steak salad. Very disappointed. First issue- I paid $20 for a container that was only half full. Really?? How expensive is lettuce?? Second issue- steak was to be cooked medium. As you can see from the pictures it was very well done, very dry and tough. Third issue- I requested ranch dressing and received blue cheese. If you want to pay high prices for very small portions then this is your place.
We order takeout here often, but I recently dined in and had such a great experience! Our server Ashley was great, the drinks were fantastic, and the food us consistently great. Staff were masked.
They serve the whole buttload of us. Great meal. Great staff. Good times
Decided in a last second date night locally for the first time in a long time, they definitely was the right choice for dinner. We had a little wait but was glad to see business doing good. Our server Chauncey was outstanding and the food & drinks were spot on. Great job !!!!!
