Mobile order of 3 subs was incorrect FOUR times; had to keep going back into the store. No customer service, no one ever greeted me, said thank you, have a nice day, sorry your order keeps being incorrect, etc. Nothing, not even from the manager, Ashley. Should have just gotten a refund the fourth time I had to go in. Just a horrible, frustrating experience. Been to this store many times, but won't be back. Worth it to drive a little further for better service and an actual effort to make sure a simple order is correct.
I love their subs , wheat bread is soft and meat is fresh and sliced right in front of you ! Awesomeness!

Their phone never works I called they say hello they hang up I can't place my order so I am giving them one star this happens once a week I've moved on to Subway.So now I'm back once again 8 months later they took my order over the phone and didn't make my sub. And I watched the guy make it super fast heated up the meat in the microwave and handed me my sub within 2 minutes not very happy with these people I would not recommend them at all if you need a sub do not go here this is my last visit here unfortunately because they used to be good.
Subs here can get a bit pricey, but they are very high quality. I really enjoy the rewards program. My roommate and I ate for free tonight!
Correct preparation! After probably 20 recent orders here, I ordered my regular today. I ordered a Reg. Philly with “green peppers and onions, and double cheese with both white American and Provolone. Most times in the past, this has been clear and no questions asked, although, once it was asked if I wanted green peppers or the pepper mix they normally use…. Obviously I clarified Green Peppers and watched them slice it up right in front of me. Same order today and I got home with this red and yellow pepper mix. I called back and talked to Hannah, who I think also took my order, and rather than making it right, she argued that that is the way it comes! Well, if that’s the way it comes then I guess I know not where to go! You got a good bit of change from me over the last several orders but if Hannah’s CS is what represents Jersey Mike’s then I should probably support someone else…. Sorry if anyone is offended by this but it’s an honest posting and based on experience. Would have been nice if she had just made it right! You can’t charge people $15 for a sandwich and drink and then tell them that’s just the way it is. I was becoming a regular. Not no more!
The employees at this establishment have zero regard for cleanliness. The curly haired blonde guy acting like a manager has a trash attitude. He went straight from counting cash with gloves on to making sandwiches without washing or changing gloves. When he went to back cash someone out the black girl that was just sitting there digging at her scalp was inconvenienced to help and went straight to making a sandwich for another customer with NO GLOVES ON. After watching them not wash their hands for 5 customers in front of me i walked out without ordering. DISGUSTING.
Worst and most expensive sub I’ve ever eaten….wet..gooey mess!Will never return!!!
