this was my first time ordering and the lady tonight on the phone spoke very rude to me on the phone. They need new employees because i’ve never been so rudely disrespected. I placed the order online but called to express my concerns about how I received my order. I ordered thin crust normally cooked with light cheese. There is not cheese and the pizza is hard as rocks. Noticed this was not handled with care. The cookie cake was also burnt which there is no excuse for also. Overall this place is awful. They have awful employees who can’t communicate when they know they’ve made a mistake. It was not like she will gain or loose from the order we paid for. She could’ve been respectful and chose not to.
This was a go to pizza place when I was a teenager. Hadn't had pizza from here in years until my son asked for it. We ordered three pizzas, two normal crust and one thin crust.The thin crust was nice but a bit burnt. The flavoring on the crusts was great and not too over powering. Definitely willing to try again.
Traveling, so didn't pre-order. Short wait, excellent pizza. Happy kids.

Ordered a promotion for 2 pizzas, Howie bread, and a 2 liter in the app, got there and was told they don’t include howie bread. I showed them my order on the app, and they just said “well we don’t do that.”I showed them that I was charged for the promotion, which included that, and they refused to honor it, just insisting that they don’t do promotions. Even though I paid through the app and they had everything needed to honor it.After I asked for a refund, they said they would refund me for the howie bread, yet there’s no refund to my account and it’s been a week.So I overpaid when it would have been cheaper to just get the items without the promotion, and they were extremely rude, and had no intentions of doing anything to fix the situation.

Horrible experience. I ordered on Hungry Howies website for three people. Our order updated on their tracker as complete about the time I got a text saying it had been transferred to door dash. No mention of this being transferred to door dash prior to ordering or paying. Once the order arrived one of the meals was completely wrong. I called the store to have this corrected asking them to just redeliver the wrong meal and I was willing to give them back the one that was sent
Alllwayz perfectly made! Well done and a lot of seasoning (I always get the Cajun on the pizza and the bread) and the marinara is hot and great too! Crispy pepperoni and plenty of cheese! Yummlez ?
