I always like ' five guys the s staff is awesome I get the same service but the same guy all the time witch calls me but name he makes sure my fries are100%the way I likes them because I'm picky about my ? and they go out of there way to make sure they're perfect plus I like that they put everything separate so you can make your ? at home so it's not mush

This was only my second experience at Five Guys in my 25 years of existence and the first time I had it I thought I fell in love, this second time wasn't as amazing only because the Cajun fries (which were so good the first time around) were very soggy and I ordered a medium fry and I actually got tired of the taste and didn't eat them all. I will always love the burger though, it's out of this world. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars and not 5 is because of the very soggy fries.
Meal preparation was not correct. I ordered two single cheeseburger with tomatoes onions, lettuce. One cheeseburger with mustard. When our number was called we got one double cheeseburger with all the toppings mentioned and one single cheeseburger without the toppings and mustard.
Five Guys never disappoints! I'm not a fan of the soda machine that makes your cola taste grape flavored, but not enough to knock down a star.

Great place for delicious food with tons of always fresh fries. IF you're in a Hurry, go to mcdonald's. This restaurant makes all orders fresh. Excellent customer service- even when confronted with rude customers wanting fast food burger timing, but with 5 Guys quality!
