I Must say: The Food is good, but so far every time I use or go to use the restroom it is the Nastiest place I seen.4 employees working, but the restrooms need major attention . Kinda makes you wonder about there hygiene. Corpo needs to pay Attention to this Review!
I ordered 2 subs online. Brought them home and they wasn’t how we ordered them. So I called and they put me on hold. 3 minutes on hold I decided to start driving there. Still on hold I walk and go to the counter. Tell the guy behind the register I was still on hold with them all he said was ya. So I tell him my sub wasn’t made right so they remade both subs. Got back home. My Italian sub had no dressing on one half and the other half was sogged out. I’m just disappointed in how not one person out of the 4 in the front never apologize or even acknowledged that I was still on hold for 11 minutes. WTH

Horrible and disrespectful employee. Management allowed her to cuss me out and then said he would call 911 on me for trespassing and disturbance in his location. She had nothing to do with my conversation with manager in moms sandwich being made wrong. Then he wasn't willing to fix it correctly because of his rude female employee who would not shut up. Refunded moms sub cost, thank god I had got her soup as well so she had something to eat.So my 85 yrs old dementia and wheelchaired mother did not get her sub. Never ever will I be back to that location.I spent $32+ and didn't even get to eat because of the violent language and feared for mother's safety leaving the store as she followed of out.Once outside she had to men standing there like they were to be intimidating and pointed my mother and myself out and continued to use threatening language at us.Choose carefully if you decide to go to this location.I never will again.Same on the management for supporting her threatening behavior more than once.
Haven’t even gotten my food yet on this visit. It I’m already displeased. The guy taking orders is borderline rude and not welcoming. I asked for my order to be a combo and at the end of my transaction asked for my drink cup. He rudely told me I didn’t order a combo… which I did…Maybe if your employee would take his earbud out of his ear he would hear my order and not get rude with your customers when they mess up. I also ordered a sandwich without bread and he looked at me like I had 3 heads and was being an inconvenience. He had an attitude of I’d rather be anywhere but here, I get it it’s a job, but firehouse has always been very welcoming, this is not the case today. So disappointed in the service today.
Italian sub is very addictive.Would probably eat one everyday if I could not to mention the awesome brownies . As hot As it has been lately the Ice Tea does the job perfectly
Best sub in Merritt island , fresh and fast . Also I was boating on father's day and my boat got stranded and the owner and his wife towers me in to the ramp and would not take any thing for the help . nice people are hard to find
