What everyone lines up here to get is, of course, the coffee. From Iced, to frozen, to Latte or Cappuccino, Dunkin has your get up and go! And, good news is, unlike Starbucks, there is one near you! I've recently discovered the butter pecan iced coffee, with a shot of Espresso. It wasn't my first choice, however. This day I wanted a frozen Carmel coffee, but apparently Dunkin' uses a powdered mix to create this tasty treat, of which they were out of stock. Strike two for me as McDonald's, my first stop was to get a frappachino, was also having mechanical issues. Service was quick and polite at my Dunkin'. I always like to go inside to get my food and drinks because I love the smell, and it is usually quicker. Drive thru lines can get very long, wrapping around the building.
Absolutely TERRIBLE staff!!!! Avoid this location at all costs. Stopped by while visiting in town and the cashier wrongly charged my card and told me if I wanted my refund I’d have to come back another day because no one knew how to do a refund and refused to call a manager. Entire staff was rude and didn’t resolve the issue. Do not go here!!
The two girls that are running the whole store do a great job and are doing the work of 4 people. Hopefully they’re getting compensated like 4 people…hopefully soon the owner can find some people to work. Maybe bump the pay to $20-$25? Seems like he or she has plenty of business to afford it. Especially only running two employees for the whole store. Keep up the great work girls!
Honestly they have the worst bedside manner, I’ve had two different instances where I’ve gotten attitude or gotten talked down to as if I’m a child. It makes it difficult for me to not only not feel rushed but also looked at like I’m the worst person in the world for even going there. If you’re serving the customer there are different ways of saying what you want to say. You do not have to be completely rude about it and make everyone who’s ordering uncomfortable. And if you don’t like your job there are others out there.
Went twice while staying in the area. They have my favorite cinnamon doughnut, which Orlando hasn't had for several years!
Coffee was ok but avocado and bacon toast barely had some bacon on it. I guess employees eating nice bacon breakfast:)
Young girl (Thursday, 1/13/2022 @ 1:30 pm) at front counter just glared at me from the register, versus greeting me or asking what I would like. She has this disgusted look about her, and actions and attitude to match - that she hates her job and doesn't want to be there. GET A NOTHER JOB is that is the case - don't take it out on paying customers! She refused to scan my Perks code via the app on my phone - whining about it being too late. Serves coffee w/o any offer of cream or sweetener - than walks away so that I have to shout at her to ask for cream and Splenda. She plops it on the counter rudely and walks away. Also - absolutely no Covid based sanitation nor precautions. NEVER RETURNING to this poorly staffed & managed location - go to Cocoa beach location instead!
Worst attitude and lack of customer service ever. Rude, will never return. Front counter girl is rude and dismissive and lacks any customer service skills. Not a word from her - just stands at cash register and stares at me. Refused to scan my loyalty on the app. Management should address this issue and hire folks who want to work. Will frequent cocoa beach store versus this location.
Cheyenne with an “i” whatever that means has the worst customer service skills… she is absolutely rude and should lose her job!!! I’ve already called the headquarters to turn her in.. ZERO stars
