We went to this restaurant for the first time and thought the food and service were great! The fact that everything is homemade is a definite plus! We started with the ceviche (pictured) and it was delicious. We also had the Seared Ahi and Aloha (seafood) Curry and both were cooked perfectly. The spam fried rice, with homemade spam, was delicious. Good portions. The only thing that we felt needed a boost is the Hawaiian Macaroni salad that didn’t have much flavor. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!

We were a party of 5 on Mothers Day, so the wait was long, but worth it! I had the pork sandwich- delicious! My friends all enjoyed their e trees, too. Salads looked amazing. We shared 2 special desserts - an incredible chocolate-cherry indulgence, which we devoured.I got a glimpse of dolphins swimming by, which was a bonus.

Excellent server, Matthew!!!The whole place is beautiful. We really enjoyed our burgers and fries. The drinks and appetizers were all good.So glad that Merritt Island finally has a GREAT waterfront restaurant/bar.We will definitely be back soon.⭐️

We had a great lunch today. My Dolphin salad of ponzu vinaigrette dressed greens, with grilled mahi, 8 large shrimp, fresh avocado, onions, cucumbers, and hearts of palms was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. My lunch mates Tingly burger was cooked as ordered, juicy, charred and topped with lettuce, tomato, and onion. She opted for the fries as her side. The Keylime pie ranks second best in Brevard, but very close to number one, and is the right balance of tart. The service (GiGi) is what one expects from a professional and of course the view is spectacular. My only complaint is the obnoxious and inconsiderate dog owner of Milo, who constantly fussed over the dog and couldn't resist picking her dog up and onto the table, fluffing its hair all over the place, and feeding it from her plate. I guess some people need the attention. Keep your animals on the floor people, its gross.

We had a lovely lunch in a relaxing setting. Our food was delicious and service was great. I will be back!

Went there today for a mother's day dinner and it was packed! We decided to just get the dinner to go because it was so crowded and loud. We were told to go to the bar to order which we did but for some reason we couldn't get the barman to give us menus. After a 15 minute wait a barwoman came and asked what we would like and we asked for menus for dinner to go. Another 10 minutes and the barman came back and asked if we wanted a drink so we ordered drinks and I started giving him the food order, at first he was just standing there nodding his head I said don't you want write this down he said no so I continued with my order then he walked away to get the check pad to write it down (I'm unsure if he was drinking or just completely disinterested) anyway he took the order. He never came back to see if we would like another drink. We waited about 40 minutes before the food arrived we took it and left.We probably should have checked the bags because not everything was in the bags of food. We were missing a couple items. The salmon was delicious so were the sweet potato fries as well as the chicken appetizers, key lime pie was perfection and my son loved the lava cake.I would NOT recommend the vegetable sandwich godawful nasty didn't eat it just threw it away! It smelled awful the mushrooms were from a can all of the ingredients were just sorta slopped together it was really horrible and very slimy (I'll post a picture). It's too bad that the service is so bad there because I would have like to gone back with my husband for a dinner sometime but that's not going happen anymore. As a take out place it's worth the money the food other than the vegetable sandwich is delicious. As for dining there I personally wouldn't recommend it, but I like good service when I eat out and we didn't get that.

A decent place and taking with a grain of salt that it’s a new opened (or reopened) place….Pros:Foods goodDrinks strongThe wait staff is very niceCons:The menu isn’t huge, and they didn’t even have the filets (one of their few entrees.)Wait staff, kitchen and even the manager seemed overwhelmed so a lot of things fell through the cracks. All outside seating is fine but only 1/2 the tables are actually under the awning, with only 3 fans under and more decorative than useful. The rest have measly table umbrellas which do nothing against the Florida sun. It was especially rough for us with 3 infants.I might try this place again in a few months and hope they have their kinks worked out and some more shade/fans.

Ten stars if I could. I didn’t realize how new this place was - simply because they run so well and efficient! We arrived with 13 people and it was no problem to throw together some tables (high top or low, and they let us know they just started taking reservations for parties more than 10) the food was fantastic - right away I asked what they recommend and she said the fish Sandwhich and it did not disappoint. It’s quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the usual grills or fish lips, but still right on the water (with a floating dock and a separate doc with slips available) Ashlee C was fantastic and quick and knowledgeable as well as funny and polite. We will ? be back.

Great new place on Merritt Island on the water. Beautiful done Tiki bar. Nice for sunset dinner or lunch to watch the boats.

Very cool spot! I tried to stop here for lunch and they we’re working on their courtesy dock at that time. My Freedom Boat Club 21’ Release was the perfect size for their dock. Their menu looked so delicious and their reviews are excellent. I might just drive a car back for dinner if needed. The Freedom Boat Club staff recommended Dolphins Bar for happy hour!! We will be back soon!!
