I have a 2.5 year old and 10 month old and we are regulars at this Denny’s. Although they get slammed pretty often and there’s one server I cannot stand serving me and my children due to her constant disappearing and going to smoke a cigarette I still admire the workers that’s been there a while and treat us so good every weekend we go there. Cynthia is management and she is PHENOMENAL! Dexter works hard in the kitchen and does a great job cooking our food to perfection, Mary is the server anyone would pray and cross their fingers to have! She’s sweet, doesn’t disappear, helps out other servers at their tables WHILE NOT neglecting her own tables AND her energy is vibrant, you can feel her heart from across the room. I love when I get all 3 of them steen we go in, I know we’ll be well taken care of ❤️ God bless

Ordered our food and set for 45 minutes and then the waitress or manager come to us to tell us they didn't have anymore of what we ordered!!!! So we set there all that time for nothing. I will never go back to that Denny's again. I have yet to find a good Denny's in Florida yet! They all are very slow and not managed the way they should be!

Was seated at 8:50 am this morning. Left at 9:10 am...WHY????Because, in that 20 minutes were not so much as even offered a glass of water. Service at this location is subpar and so is the food most times. Servers always seem to have time to converse with other employees but are overwhelmed with the actual aspects of the job of server. If you like Denny's might I suggest going to the one in Cocoa Beach. The restaurant is bigger, cleaner and the staff is always friendly and go above and beyond. Well worth the extra time and travel to have mush superior atmosphere and service.

Much better visit today good was fast and hot

We waited at least 10 minutes to be seated as the two waitresses just looked at us. Not hostess. Plenty of open tables. Waited forever for our drink and food orders to go in. No silverware on the table had to ask for it and napkins after getting our food. Other people walked out waiting to be seated.

We left before getting seated. The dining room was only about half full but they weren't seating anyone standing in line. They were just kind of looking at us. Additionally, they have a sign out front that says you're only allowed 30 minutes to eat. There is also a distinct smell that smells of sewage as you enter the building. I think we can find a better place.

Confused about an online order but eventually found it once I mentioned I already paid online. Wasn’t sure what the menu item looked like and asked for a picture of the items. Was courteous but a bit confused. The reason for the low rating was because I found a piece of metal (pot scrapper) in the food. Not sure how that happens or what it belonged to but will not be returning to this location.

I tried calling multiple times, after no answer I finally drove down to place a to-go order. I waited for almost a whole hour for one meal, meanwhile other families that came in well after me had ordered, dined, and already cashed out. I understood that they were short staffed so I continued to wait patiently. However I was extremely upset when I got my grand slamwich and my bread was burnt

I understand being understaffed, we called ahead of time. We left took us 20 or so minutes to get here, and they were shut down. No servers, we call again. "Hey are you guys open?" The person "Yes" Us, "Well we are here and you are not open" The person "We are only taking online orders we have no staff". That would have been nice to know the first time we called.

The lady server had a wonderful customer service, even thought she has all by herself serving tables and doing cashier workThe place should have more serversBut the lady was wonderful and patient
