It just doesn't seem to matter which location you go to, Florida is Florida and the employees are just too slow and too lazy and as a result, the fries are not crisp, sandwiches slightly soggy and they just always too mamy customers waiting to the side at all the locations I have been to in Florida. Georgia seems to be great but I'm always disappointed in Chick-fil-A's in Florida.The employees are just as nice in FL, They're just as friendly, just as polite, just as helpful but they just don't put any importance on the quality of the food or the speed at which they work and I'm always disappointed in the quality of my sandwich and fries when I go to Chick-fil-A's in Florida.Been going to the dwarf house forever and always stop at Chick-fil-A's when I go on trips but don't like the ones here at home.Viera Florida has two, Merritt Island, Palm Bay, Melbourne, Just cannot get as good a sandwich or fries as you can outside of Florida and I'm convinced it's because Floridians just don't care enough about quality or customer experience. Florida is an "it's not my fault" state rather than what can I do to help state.

This Chick-fil-A, located inside Merritt Square Mall, is just as efficient and friendly as the stand alone one located on the north side of the property. It’s only major flaw is…it’s located inside the mall. If you haven’t paid a visit to this mall recently it’s like all others: on proverbial life support. Over 50% of the units are vacant and very little foot traffic :(
Xylia and nate were so awesome taking our order! They were very helpful. I can't eat gluten and they informed me that they had a gluten free bun!! I tried to tip but I couldn't they said theu weren't allowed to accept it. So here is a review for being polite and helpful.
Friendly staff who were kind enough to provide our baby kangaroo with some fresh fruit. Very attentive to the needs of their customers, and super efficient, so much so that I can get my order 10x faster going to this location than I would waiting in the drive thru at the other.
Typically they do an amazing job. Unfortunately this day I had to wait for the chicken to cook and then they gave my order to someone else. Therefore I had to wait longer.
I always have a great experience at this Chick-fil-a and had a great experience on the 25th, A nice teenage staff member was very polite and very helpful when I needed more condiments and such.

I love Chick-fil-A so it pains me to give this particular one a bad score. Admittedly I do have higher expectations for Chick-fil-A than other chains.My family of four stopped in just to get milkshakes. We ordered our cookies and cream shakes with extra cookies and paid for extra but didn't get what we paid for. My daughter politely pointed that out and was rebuffed and was told that they did have extra, that they normally actuate the dispenser twice and she actuated it 4 times. First chance to fix the problem - Nope. Strike 1.So I made a trip to the counter. I was treated like I was asking for something I hadn't paid for. The girl at the counter reluctantly tried to put more in but I could clearly see that the dispenser was nearly empty and was only dropping a few crumbs each time it was actuated. Couldn't she see that too? Apparently not. She told me "that should be enough". Second chance to fix the problem. Nope. Strike 2.I had happily paid for extra cookies and frankly didn't care as long as we got our shakes the way we wanted them. All four of us were disappointed so I pointed out to the server that the dispenser was nearly empty which she conceded then shrugged it off. 3rd chance to solve the problem. Nope. Strike 3.I thought perhaps they were just out of cookies but before we left I did observe a team member refilling the cookie dispenser yet no one ever bothered to check on us or see if we were satisfied.So why is this a big deal to me? It's not about the cookies. It's about the attitude and a failure to put the customer first. As I said in the beginning I have higher expectations for Chick-fil-A and their team. Eight members of my family have worked at Chick-fil-A so I'm very aware of the standards and it bothers me to see this person harming a stellar reputation by disappointing any customer. This won't stop us from returning to other Chick-fil-A's in the future but if this were our only experience with Chick-fil-A we would never return. Truett Cathy, the founder of Chick-fil-A, said he built his business on customers other restaurants ran away. I don't think he would be pleased.
