Staff is friendly. Burgers are okay and fries are good. The chicken is very gummy and fatty. I would have to think they may be Tyson wings. Shake machine has been out of order since October. The GM was kind enough to call me and notify me that one has indeed been ordered and expected in may. As of why it's been so long I am assuming due to Covid related and shortage of supplies. The banana milkshakes specifically last I had were very milky but that may be due to the old machine.
The milkshake machine is ALWAYS down so if that's what you want then I suggest you go elsewhere, the ice cream taste like shyt anyways. Anything fried taste like it sat in oil that hasn't been changed in months, gross. The chicken is as hard as the rubber part of my shoe. Taste like a brick of shyt too. Why did I give it 3 stars? The fries are good.
The order took too long, the meat on burger (at center part) was cold and the crew spends more time chatting with each other rather than workThe food (of the past) has always been delicious but not recently. We ordered mobile order so that we could swing by and pick it u p before my fiancé goes to work, they made him late to work, we get there waited at least 10-15 minutes in line , we told them we were there for a pick up and they side to pull up, when we finally did they just pointed , no words, we had to pull out and wait for the light to turn so we could do a big circle and go to the other window for no reason , terrible customer service .
I'm always pleased with the service and food that I receive from this Checkers. Staff is very kind and prompt. My food is always fresh, hot and exactly what I ordered, if you know what I mean.Awesome job, hats off to this AMAZING staff!!
It's fast food. But it's a fav with me. I never go wrong at checkers. I've had way to many disappointments at all the others. I used to go in, and it was just disgusting. The customer service. The food quality. The friendlynes. The verbal manners. The cleanliness, and no sanitizing factors. Very rude young people that will challenge you. I have seen some very disgusting food handling from the counter. I am a retired diet tech. Checkers ????
Food was great and fries were outstanding. The Fanta slushies are awful tho I do not recommend at all haha.
I order 2 big Buford from them waited about an hour for my food to get here for it to arrive raw my hamburger one both of them was raw call no answer at all what a waste don’t eat here at all an I got pictures too I’m calling health board
If the wonderful ladies running the show today around 3:45 weren’t so busy, I would have told them this: I had just driven away from Burger King because of the poor service I had received. So I went to Checkers. The entire drive thru experience was so pleasant with food to match! Everything was great! Thank you so much!
My experience was very brief I simply went through the drive-through to get a bag of ice which is just a dollar for a 10 lb bag about the best value you will find on Merritt Island. I will definitely be going back to get more ice us when I need it
