I work 2 min from here. This place was and absolute dump. While it still has some cleaning up to do the new general manager Vanessa has brought this place to standard. Good food on time and great friendly service wich they lacked. Keep up the great work m.i. needs it. Thanks for showing your staff good customer service and quality food n time
Listen to every other review here!! This location is disgusting! We just got lunch and guess what, other than rude attitudes we got salty fries that looked like they were fried in the nugget baskets dirty dirty! We got nuggets that looked like they were REFRIED! Who does this?? And the burgers had a pound of onions!! Truly listen and DO NOT come to this BK on Courtney!! ???
I had the best experience at burger king on north Courtney pkwy. They were so nice when I visited. I take my mother there weekly and vanessa helped us and went over and beyond her duty to help my mother order and to sit down. Hands down, this is the best burger king.
I would never go to this BK bathroom is constantly locked you can't use it unless you're a customer you have to ask for a key you have to wait almost a half hour to get any food in the bathrooms are discussing they don't keep up the cleaning I rate this one zero at Merritt Island
Lousy service it's fast food, it's not full of customers and I had to wait 20 minutes just to order self service, and then for a junior whoper wait 20 minutes for my order to be delivered is unacceptable.
This place doesn't even deserve one star!!This location definitely needs to be shut down!!! Too many people complaining about the same thing. NOBODY works here!! You can't go inside to order because doors are ALWAYS locked and nobody ever answers the drive thru. SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!
