It sucked. Would give no stars if I could. Got there right between breakfast and lunch. Was told that I could also have a lunch item on my order. Took over 30 minutes to receive said order. And no one was in the lobby. Food was a mangled mess. Like they had a three-year-old back there making it. Burger was ice cold. Ended up throwing everything away. Refused to give me my money back. Only one employee out of six was actually doing anything. Her name was Destiny. She was practically running the whole place by herself. She was cleaning tables. Bagging orders. Greeting any customer that might’ve come in after us. Who ended up turning around and leaving when they found out that the wait was as long as it was going to be. Everyone else was cutting up. Yelling and talking like they were hanging out with friends. You could hear music playing and employees lamenting about personal life and see them on their phones. Drink machines were all out with the exception of three flavors. No sign posted about drinks being out. Dining room had all of its chairs up. Floors and tables were still dirty and I literally stuck too booth seat.
I tried calling the restaurant to confirm what time their dining room would be open in the morning. And no one answered the phone. I have been to multiple hurricanes recently and their dining rooms have been closed for breakfast hours only drive through service. Since I am on vacation I want to find somewhere where I can eat in a dining room for breakfast.
Waited over 20 minutes for one breakfast burrito because they were waiting on eggs... Employees were extremely slow and speaking rude and unprofessional. One asked a manager for help and she blatantly wasn't interested. Aweful service. Before I walked out a man next to me asked me if I've ever seen a worse run business. Smh... Update: My burrito ended up being sausage when I ordered bacon. What a joke.
I would never go to this BK bathroom is constantly locked you can't use it unless you're a customer you have to ask for a key you have to wait almost a half hour to get any food in the bathrooms are discussing they don't keep up the cleaning I rate this one zero at Merritt Island
Decent Burger King but long lines at drive through make going inside a better and faster option. Nice staff.
Board of health should close this location down. Dirty as hell. They must clean with dirty rags... Smear streaks everywhere.... Food not good. Sloppy and cold over cook fries. Every time.
Filthy restaurant. Outside, parking lot is weedy, building needs pressure washing. Inside, employees messing with their mobile phones while filling fry cups (we know how clean personal mobile phones are), Over-flowing trash can behind the counter, orange extensions cord running across puddles of water, eating area not bussed or clean (crumbs on the counter, trash on the floor, ripped vinyl seats. Bathrooms are locked with signs everywhere stating that the bathrooms are for paying customers only. Side door locked (fire hazard / violation?), Whole place felt grimy and unsanitary. Staff horsing around, singing, socializing - meanwhile guests stand at the counter waiting for assistance. How can nearby Chick-Fil-A, and many other restaurants nearby manage to have friendly workers and maintain a clean restaurant, yet this BK can't? An embarrassment to Merritt Island. Stay away!!
Terrible drive through experience. They were out of Diet Coke, gave us cold hash browns, gave us a bacon sandwich when we ordered ham, and the Dr Pepper tasted awful. Rude employees to top it all off.
Went to the merritt island on 520 location. The staff was rude and the drivethru was filthy and disgusting. I would give 0 stars if i could. I will never go back to this one. The food was a sloppy mess and cold, tea was stale and nuggets tasted burnt.
Rudest cashier I have ever experienced. Blonde woman. Party of 3 and would not give us bathroom key until we placed our order. 1 person stayed in line and she still would not give is a key. 2 people in line ahead of us, 2 behind us. Not crowded at all. Do not go to Burger King on 520 on Merritt Island. She also stated we could be homeless. I will not go there again and will sell my BK stocks.
