Til tonight, Sunday May 15, 2022, we were happy with this place. The food is very good. But we did not get what we ordered at all. We ordered delivery, but as we ordered shy of 8pm I'm sure they were racing to get out the door, and go home cuz they completely botched our pizza. We ordered half with pepperoni and Italian sausage, and half with pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Easy enough. And online orders are WRITTEN instructions. We got half pepperoni, and half with pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, and bell pepper with the sausage on this half as well as ONIONS that I ASSURE you we didn't order as they rough my stomach up! We're inclined to give this place another chance as the pizza is good, but it'll be the last chance. There's plenty of other pizza joints around with good pizza we can order from that won't destroy our order.
My husband and I had lunch here today and the service and meal were both outstanding.The food was delivered to the table piping hot . The server was very friendly and kind.I wish I could post a picture of the food because it was picture perfect. My husband is Very picky about his Italian food and he was impressed.Go check them out if you have not been and if it has been a while since you were their . Try it again it is a lot better with the new owners.
Delicious food and wonderful customer service! I was impressed with Nicolette the server who made sure we had everything we needed and her husband who made a fabulous pizza! Garlic knots were so good! Large portion for the price and my kids devoured them. I highly recommend this restaurant. It will feel like you are eating with your extended family!
Great customer service. Very nice employees. Awesome pizza. We were visiting the area and wanted some good non chain store pizza. We found one. Will be our new pizza place when we return.
This place is aptly named - in what Bizzarro world can you call what they make pizza? This is the worst "pizza" I have ever had in my life and I think could place in a Worlds Worst contest. I could have used the crust to drive nails if I misplaced a hammer. You'd be better off starving than ordering the pizza. However, the stuffed shells were pretty good which is why they received two stars.
We were in town for a cruise . We normally like to eat local pizza shops . Over the years we have had awesome luck. Tonight was no different. We got the Large cheese pizza. It was amazing. It took a little long (about 45 minutes) they said they were busy. When I arrived they were slammed. You can usually tell a great local place by how busy it is. This must be a local go to for pizza. And our was delicious. Very hot and awesome. Do your self a favor and stop by and grab a slice or a whole one . You will be glad you did. Definitely added to our list of places we will go back to when in town.
I had a great bacon and onion pizza and meatball side dish. The meatballs were a call back to them because I forgot my friend wanted them when I ordered. My order came correct even with one part being a call back 10 minutes after the 1st call. Food was delivered before expected and the driver was very friendly. It was nice to have delivery by the young woman who works for the restaurant. Often delivery services tip pizzas and it all slides or they have too many stops and food is cold but not with Bizzaro Pizza of Merritt Island. I will order again!
Today we order again from this place to give them a second chance and what a disappointment. The delivery took 2 hours, the cheese pizza was completely burned and impossibly to eat. We order 2 calzones and was just pounds of ricotta cheese and just a few ingredients, and almost no mozarella cheese. This calzones was so disgusting. I feel like a was eating spoons of ricotta cheese from a cup. This place needs to do better with their food. We paid the same price as eating in the restaurant, this not minds because is delivery you can do whatever you want with the food.
Called up Bizarros last minute after the food plans for our daughters birthday fell apart. They got our order for 11 party pizzas with 1 nights notice and they made it happen flawlessly! The customer service was great, pizza was tasty, and price was better than expected! They delivered to the birthday location right on time. They will definitely be our go-to for future catering needs!
As a frequent customer of this restaurant, I’ve never felt more uncomfortable during my visit as I did tonight. I most likely won’t return for a while which is sad because I usually come weekly or if not definitely biweekly. I have observed hostile work environments and tonight I came to the realization this is present at this restaurant. I observed the owner first yelling at a waitress who was just trying to get customers a table to sit and provide quality service but for some reason she was yelled at for it. Then the owner went into the kitchen and started yelling back there and then came up to the pizza counter and yelled at them up there all because they were all helping one another. I observed each of these employees really working hard but still being yelled at and treated horribly. When the pizza guy said he needed help she continued to yell at him and then walked out and said she was done and leaving. She left many tables… she did end up coming back in but very much a toxic environment to work. If I were the waitresses or pizza guy I would have quit on the spot. It seems like a very unsettling work environment and it’s unfortunate because the food is great. Really horrible management style though!
