RICHARD NEEDS TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WINDOW! HE CANNOT MULTITASK! I had to repeatedly tell him my order. He couldn't do split payments? What kind of manager can't do that? And then insults my order to the next customer while I'm in ear shot? Richard needs to be removed from his manager position. He cannot work drive thru with all this negativity. Awful experience. Thankfully the women were genuine and that's why I gave 2 instead of one
Ordered Arby's from doordash. A third of the order was missing. I called the Merritt Island Arbys I ordered from and explained the order and all the missing items. He told me "that's not our problem it is door dashes problem contact them" I said you have the sealed order to the doordash driver they had no way of knowing all the items you missed in the sealed bag. He responded " not my problem" and hung up.
Submitted 2 separate online orders, at lunch time, to be picked up. One from Wendy's and one from Arby's. The Wendy's order was absolutely perfect. The Arby's order was a different story. Bad enough to cross them off my list as a viable fast-food option. This was not the first time that they accepted my order but when I went to pick it up, they were unable to deliver requested product. The first time, a month or so ago, was a 2 for $6 order including fish sandwiches. Nope, "fish is seasonal, we don't have them anymore". Today, Roasted chicken salad. Nope, "we don't have salads anymore". Also large shakes. Nope, "no large cups". Receipt that accompanied remaining order did not reflect changes. I don't have time for any business that uses the words "we don't have" first.
They got the meats.Always friendly and good fare.Big Selection: Turkey Reuben & Chicken Salad are my Favs.If you're driving by one or more everyday and haven't tried them lately - Do So... You'll be Glad you did.
Asked for the 2 for $6 roast beef sandwiches on the menu, was charged over $8. The manager was the person running the window at 10am 5/2/22. He was not prepared for open. Had to drive up to the window to let him know he had a customer. Had to ask for my receipt. Had me pull up away from the window to wait 10 minutes for my food even though there was no one behind me in the drive thru and the restaurant was empty.
Brisket sandwich was good. But Arby’s dropped the junior size shake —- disappointing because small size costs (in this time of inflation when people are trying to economize) and has more calories than I want. It will be a long time before I come back .
They gave me faith again. They messed up my order approximately a week ago. I called and they promised me they would make it right on my next visit. It was a week since I was in the area, and they honored their promise. My bad, I didn't get the Manager's name. They made up for it, no questions asked with my documentation. Thank you for giving me faith in your store!
Hello I visited Arby's today ordered a beef and cheddar had beef but very little cheddar ask for more cheese took forever to get customer service very poor cashier taking one order at a time and then helping them fill it till it was complete then would take the next customer of course this made the process very long food came out quick once they got the order it was just a management issue thank you for your time
The food was awful.The whole staff was in the back door outside doing nothing .I got in the drive thru and asked for the Greek gyro and I was beyond disbelief when o opened the wrap and see that they substitute my meat for turkey meat (which is the only meat I won’t ever eat) I was not in interest to go back since I saw the whole staff in the back smoking ( with gloves still) and talking and I wouldn’t take a chance to get a sandwich made with dirty nasty hands after my sandwich was done, purposely, done wrong .
Got the 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches and asked how much for extra meat. 2 bucks per sandwich. So, for 10 bucks got 2 awesome sandwiches! Great deal, and the curly fries were fresh too
