Downhill w/ excuses and staff that treats you as if your in the way. First visit or two was better. This time (May 2022) had a dark-hair female server who treated my wife and I like snot. She was standoff-ish and borderline rude. We gave her the tip she deserved - ZERO! Strange to think that a server will treat you rudely - and than expect a tip. Nope, not happening. Ordered same dish we always order (Penne Alfredo Alla Romana) and rude server girl immediately says - "we sold out of peas" and said we could have spinach in it instead. What? Wife and I (who both of us wanted this same dish) stared at each other thinking, Spinach? Oh no! Server never offered other option till we probed her on what else could be substituted for the missing peas. Was like pulling her teeth! The Alfredo sauce was watered down and nothing like what it previously had been. Not worth going here anymore. Wife told me she wished we had gone to Olive Garden. I agreed. Oh yeah - we went to the Publix across the street - and peas galore in the frozen vegetable section. Thaw them, use them, no excuses about missing peas.

Amazing Italian Experience, go see Linda & Alfredo! The food, atmosphere, wine, & dining experience is one you will enjoy - (if you make a reservation ahead of time it is easierto get in for evenings) Worth the visit! I go out of my way to see them everytime I am on the E coast near them (75mi).I love the 5 course true Italian meals.. this is the place to go.. TY for 'many' years & many more to come... much love Shannon
The food and service here was fantastic. Its authentic and fresh and not too Americanized. Nice wine too! My wife had lasagna and I had meat cannelloni which I had not had since being in Cortona. It was fantastic! Our server AMy was pleasant and made out time enjoyable. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. There was a table next to us full of grumpy Snow Birds who were really rude to staff. Real food takes time to prepare and can't be hurried. One of ladies cane off quick snobbish but when she ordered a Moscato with ice, we figured it out. You just can't please all people and Ney York Itialian should stay in New York.
We heard about this unassuming place from a work friend who mentioned their fresh breads.. Easy to miss from Courteney, you have to go inside the shopping center next to the DMV in Merritt Isalnd. We are in the area recently so gave it a try. Very friendly staff made you feel welcomed. We started off with a very tasty Barratta cheese appetizer that was topped with crushed pistachio nuts and came with nicely seasoned artichokes. My wife had the fish special which consisted of a lightly breaded fresh snapper over rice and perfectly cooked string beans (crisp and sweat). I had the lamb Osobucco served over very smooth mashed potatoes. The gravey was rich and bit strong at first to my pallet. But still very tasty. I took home a good portion as it was filling and it tasted even better the next day. The dinner rolls (garlic knots without the garlic?) were the best we have experience so far in this area. Very tasty and added to the nice experience. I would definettly come back and look forward some other items on the extensive menu. This is a dinner only restaurante so plan on 4:30 or later to try it.
Alfredo's is a gem....the best, real Italian food, great wine, wonderful atmosphere, perfect bread. This is my go-to restaurant and where I bring all my family and friends when they come to visit. We love this restaurant!
We were referred to Alfredo’s Paradiso by friends and what a find! A quaint spot in an unlikely little strip mall off of Courtney Parkway. The very best Italian food around! Wonderful atmosphere and fast, friendly service! It doesn't get better than these folks! Highly recommend their Eggplant Parmesan. But whatever you order, you won't be disappointed! Recommend you give them a try!
I found this place by chance and took a gamble for a new place in a new neighbor I moved into. What a treat! Authentic Italian with great service, atmosphere and pricing. I only gave four stars because I want to try more dishes and give it the full five! The Tuto Mare was fab! I think my new go to place!!!
I must say what an enjoyable place to visit for dinner. First time there and will NOT be the last.I love the fact that the owner comes out and talks to you very classy. And the food was outstanding! Thank you Alfredo for an enjoyable experience see you again soon.Bobby Zee _
Not sure how it took us so long to find this amazing restaurant, but I'm so glad we finally did!
