Well they got rid of the blue zalad even though the sight is still up in the building and they got rid of the insane sauce. Not sure I'll be back and my family has been coming here for years
Wonderful service! Delicious fresh & hot food! Lots of drink choices!CLEAN dining area & bathroom!
The staff was friendly and the dining area was clean. The food however was so salty I couldn't enjoy it. I ordered the tender meal. Everything except the coleslaw was a salt bomb. I appreciated that my food was fresh but what's the point if you can't enjoy it? Will not return anytime soon.
First time ever at a Zaxby. Definitely one of the better chicken places I've ever been. Food was really good. Place was clean and the service was friendly go. Definitely going back
Great and fast service! Tasty!Edit - Staff is still very fast and friendly. Food still tastes great!
First time eating here and the employees were rushing us to place the order with no help or advise, the fries were cold and the chicken under cooked. employees need some kind of orientation for the customers. the food is overpriced for the quality.
I give this place a 5 star for customer service. I waited for my meal for a good 5 to 8 mins the second time going there. First time being there from the first time I went there. Long story short the worker gave me a card that offered me a free meal of choice of wings or a burger. They won me after that. Food is good to sauce kinda weird for being a newbie but u will get use to it.
I love the Chrisley's. So being in the south, I had to try Zaxby's and found it ok, chicken was good,, sweet tea was great, fries were average, cookies were yummy, and coleslaw was fab. Still on a search for deeelish chicken!
Food fast and tasty. Large chicken on sandwich. Too salty though. Coleslaw awesome but very small portion. Container not filled
I was stoked learning that Zaxby's was opening a West Melbourne location. 2nd time coming in and the chicken was slightly undercooked and chewy. Change up the vendor for the sauces. That teriyaki was teriyuki. DO NOT undercook the chicken (being a chicken joint) please ?.
