Horrible service. Order was wrong. Delivered 30 minutes late. So it was cold. Driver knocked on my door and waited for me to answer. Even though I asked for no contact delivery. He wasn't wearing a mask. Food is disgusting. Don't bother with this place. Unless you want to waist money and be disappointed at the same time.
First time ordering from this place, I understand when I ordered my meal it was near closing time, however that should not be an excuse to forget items off my meal, over cooked certain items, and completely neglect my order as a whole. My fried wontons were as hard as a rock and tasted as if they were kept in the fryer too long or fried multiple times, my egg roll tasted like plastic and my order did not come with the white rice that was included with my meal. Instead of having somebody deliver a small order of white rice, I was offered free rice the NEXT time I order. There definitely will not be a next time, if you want a review from this place read this one and that’ll give you a good idea.
After moving away for 12 years, I was excited to eat here again, because it was my favorite Chinese food place. But when we walked in, not only was it boxed in for covid, but every single table was covered in boxes of supplies. I would understand if it was covid safe, but not a single employee was wearing a mask. We spent almost $40 and I still had to ask for our free drinks. We got no napkins, forks, duck or soy sauce. I was very disappointed.
My order was messed up. Which is okay that happens. I'm not here to complain about a mess up. I'm here to write about how it was fixed. The owner himself I belive came to bring back the food. That shows alot. Owners usually just have their delivery person go back and most of the time the people don't tip again. So the delivery person who had no fault in this gets the short end of the stick. But this owner took it upon himself to come and bring me the food. I belive that deserves to be acknowledged!
Not going to bash . So here’s my ratingBest wishes
Received a call from the owner of the restaurant concerned about my review below. He was apologetic and seemed sincerely upset that it did not meet my expectations. He said he had spoken with the chef to make improvements to the food. I will give them another try when I am in the area again.Great expectations based on the online reviews. But the meal we had fell far short. The soup broth was watered down,a less than full container. Way too doughy wontons. Bag of noodles about 1/3 full. Boneless spare ribs were meaty but sauce watered down. Chicken with veggies was okay at best. I normally try to support local businesses but had to comment on this disappointing meal .
No dine in. Skip it.I see your reply. All other restaurants are open and have been for a long time.Other, better Chinese restaurants options are available and offer dine in service.People should stop giving money to businesses who are using the pandemic as an excuse to do only half the job.You also need to update google to show you refuse dine in patrons.
Nice egg roll and fried rice. The General Tso's sauce was okay, but the chicken tasted really funny. Sometimes the texture was mushy too.
I just did a large lunch for 25 people.fast service.a must try on the chicken wings. And egg rolls.not over cook at all.prices justna little higher Then the Chinese restaurant that I'm used to ordering from. But very much worth it. And we all thank you for a great lunch
The only thing that was good about this restaurant is they delivered on time the food was horrible beef teriyaki was chewy and the boneless ribs was fatty with no flavor on both of them. I don’t recommend any Chinese restaurant
