Disappointed twice within 2 weeks-I went through the drive-thru after Bible study- arrived a little after 8 pm.Ordered a combo, a $5 bag, and a happy meal. Asked for 3 different drinks and honey mustard for nuggets in one of the meals. I was instantly parked, even though there was no one in the drive-thru but me. After a few minutes, an employee brought our drinks and 3 meals in 3 bags. Before I drove off I checked the bags:1. All the French fries were room temperature,2. Was missing the sandwich from one bag,3. No straws for the drinks,4. Sauce missing for the nuggets,5. No napkins.To be parked and missing items (this was deja vu from last Wednesday) is inexcusable, I'm sorry. There were 2 employees taking out trash, there were 4 employees inside the restaurant behind the counter, no customers inside, and I was their only car.Don't know why my order was given little consideration when they weren't busy or working on any orders. I love that everyone inside was wiping counters and sweeping floors, but to mess up on your only order?I had to go inside and get my order corrected. They apologized and gave me what was missing and corrected what was cold.Not coming back to this location at night unless I see a good stream of cars in drive-thru.Sorry.It's a 'no' for me...
Female Manager with piercings is terrible. Food quality is always poor with her on duty as well as any interaction I may have to suffer through due to receiving an incorrect order from her and her staff. This is regular.
Very clean inside and friendly staff. It was nice to see them laughing and having fun at work. This location has improved a lot.
Our food was made to order so everything was fresh and hot. And the employees were super nice !!
Placed a simple mobile order for me and girlfriend itwas literally 2 meal deal combos nothing crazy….. i pull up to the drive thru and am told tocome inside because mobile orders had to be picked up inside. No big deal I walk inside and nobody is there i wait about 5 minutes a guy and his son walk up order there food, the whole time i had already placed my oder through the app. 20 minutes go by and the man and his son get there food and I'm left standing there with nothing. Canceled my order absolutely terrible service here do not recommend.
I ordered a biggie bag with a jr bacon cheeseburger. 1- didn’t get the jr bacon, I got a regular burger or something, which is really annoying. Plus the bun felt stale 2- the fries are cold and hard, must’ve been sitting there for a while and tasted so gross I had to spit some out. 3- the nuggets were ok but you could tell they had been there a while tooThis location is sooo inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes like this is not good at all. You never know if you’re going to get good food or food that’s stale/incorrect.Another time I had gone, I got 3 biggie bags for me and my siblings. Only ONE burger was correct out of the three. Just disappointing and quite annoying.
Picked up a chili for Mr. Husband Man because he isn't feeling very well. Great service. My Mr. Man was very happy.
Ranger Rick needs to stay in his lane. The tone and the way they speak to customers needs to be changed. Your job is to take orders, not outside directing traffic. I will go out of my way because someone got a little drunk with power thinks he’s the police. Get a life
I do not complain very often, but tonight I am. I will probably quit eating Wendy's after tonight. I called to discuss my drive thru order and the manager really didn't care. all she said is that's how we make it. Besides the couple normal issues of not giving the requested condiments and cold left over fries, tonight my chili had a big burnt dried up burger patty stuck to the bottom of the container. it actually grossed me out when it dislodged and come up with the spoon as I was stirring it.
Very disappointed waited over 10 minutes for flat coke, stale fries, old burger, and cold baked potato missing the butter and sour cream. On top of it all they are only accepting cash and not honoring the Wendy’s coupons.
