No frosties available at time of visit. Fries were warm not hot nuggets were warm not hot. Burger was great. Cashier nice but no smile, seemed put out when I asked for a cleaning rag but came out and cleaned off our table. Made no attempt to clean any if the other tables just went back behind counter

Wendy's should not allow this. Bad service. Bad food. Staff makes you feel like you are messing up their day just by arriving. I can't believe how long it took to get my food considering a) I ordered online but they forgot to make it and b) how slapped together it looked. Some items were cold. All items were somehow dried out. The person working the front ignored customers that walked in them walked over to the register saying nothing. Just.. okay.. so we order now?I asked for a straw. The man said nothing. I was not a human. I didn't know if he was going to get one or not. He came back but I'm not sure it was for me because he hesitated when I reached out for it.This was a disastrous visit. But at least the food was awful.The picture is my Chicken Cheddar.Guess which one is mine.

The General Manger Misty Smith at Wendy’s on Wickham was the only one that wanted to explain to me how to get the Wendy’s app to work. I went to Wendy’s at Palmbay road and they we’re rude and didn’t care to help me. One employee said we have nothing to do with the app. The Wendy’s on Palmbay rd by Minton was being nasty as I was frustrated. I got no where!!!! It got so bad a customer chased me and my kids in a hostile way out too my car and I was going to call the cops. Everyone in the restaurant watched and never said anything or tried to help. I really hope corporate contacts me. They need kind, helping employees and that at other locations they are lacking in. You need something Misty Smith will help you figure it out. She has a heart of gold. She needs a RAISE!!!!!!!!

Ordered a couple meals and frostys. They didn’t have cup holders. Messed up our sandwiches. Went back to get them fixed and they still messed them up. Wasn’t worth dealing with their attitudes to get them fixed again.

A male manager actually punched another employee in the eye left it black and blue. He has no business physically touching another employee no matter what. then to call that 48 yr old employee next day to apologize! I'd be sitting in m attorneys ofc if we're me. .

Went through the drive thru at around 8:30 pm on Saturday and the staff kept saying they'll be with us momentarily. We waited about 10 minutes at the speaker box. There was no one else in the drive thru ahead of us. When we drove off, there were 3 people behind the counter with no one in the lobby. We left and went to the Wendy's on Malabar Rd and got the food we wanted. They were very busy and still got our food for 7 people out in a timely manner. I will not return to this Wendy's again. Terrible service and experience.

Wow! I haven’t eaten a burger from Wendy’s in a long time. Today I had a coupon for a double combo. This burger was hot and juicy! I was amazed at how good it tasted. The fries were hot and yummy too!

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no cars ahead of me and no greeting. I said hello 3 times and was finally told they were in the middle of a shift change. Another 5 minutes goes by and I ask what's taking so long to clock in and take orders. Apparently, it takes more than that to change shifts... I have worked in restaurants my whole life and this is the first time anyone's ever claimed that it takes more to change a shift than clocking in and out... I was told to go somewhere else, which I gladly did. I will never go to that Wendy's again and I hope that extremely rude employee gets fired. Good knows she deserves it. Never been treated to rudely in my life and I've lived in palm bay for all of it. If you want good service, go somewhere else

Absolutely trash! Waited in line got to the speaker and ordered sat there at the speaker for 7 minutes waiting for someone to say something and finally asked if they got my order the proceeded to say no because I never asked you to order. He def did ask me to order or I wouldn’t have said what I wanted. So then I said you did ask me to order and he said no I know I didn’t tell you to order… like really… mind you there was a total of 5 people behind me. I just wanted a four piece for my child. I forgot to meantion I went inside because they had the doors open and they refused me service and told me to go through the drive thru… this is the 2nd time I’ve got to this place and both times it was a terrible experience .. last time I came everything as freezing cold and I was on my way to OIA with myn2 year old for a funeral in NY and Asia said she would give me a free meal and was also turned down that time. … sad sad service. I told the guy never mind I’ll take my money to McDonald’s and write a review. He said ok and I drove away. I’m sure the people behind me were happy at least or either they were sorry after getting their food or terribly rude service

Gave two stars cuz the fries were hot and fresh, and the jr burger was fine but the customer service was non existent. No hello, thank you, receipt, they don’t ask you if you want ketchup with your fries. They yelled from inside what I had, i didn’t even know she was talking to me lol. Gave me my food and walked away. Another lady took my card, gave it back and walked away. I had to yell for ketchup. I did get napkins though! And the menu outside is hard to read, the 4 for 4 ,part of it is in yellow and the letters are tiny. Next time I’ll go to the one on Malabar. Wont be returning here.
