The fry guy was leaning with his back against the fry station, my frys were half full for a large, and they were not hot and crisp,rather flat and wimpy!The counter person was perfectAs she worked her magic, this Wendy's was a let down, even there frostys were semi iced.
I understand mistakes happen though how can you mess up a small order. we only ordered 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. ?

Just came in this morning to get breakfast the food was not fresh so I had to come back and when I got back they was ignoring me at the window acting as if they didn't see me I had to literally yell hey to get someone's attention and then when I finally got someone they couldn't replace my food and plus the manager had a terrible attitude where I would never come back to this restaurant to eat again I have eaten at other Wendy's and the same town and never had this issue but the one on New Haven just a mile or so away from the mall hands down is the worst Wendy's ever been to
Always friendly, food is always good. Go there often. Breakfast is great also for the price.
Worst Wendy’s ever old chicken burned and serve as though they were proud of the cook….sad and disappointing do better
Chicken tasted like plastic I had to eat the bread only, and didn’t have time to go back to tell them, but I think it was old chicken. :( disappointment
Chicken bacon avocado salad was very good, as well as classic spicy chicken sandwich.But baked potato wasn't very fresh and tasted like it was baked prior day and reheated.
Check your order, especially if going through the drive-thru. Almost every single time I've eaten here, something was either wrong or missing from my orders.
They can't get orders right and items are always missing. Avoid them unless you double check your meal before leaving the drive through. Also, I don't know how they managed to do it but the baconator was bland. It just tasted like grease with no seasoning even with all the bacon. I will make the 10 min drive to the Wickhan Rd or head beachside from now on if I want Wendy's.
