I was in the drive thru today and this was the worst experience I have had at this Wendy's.1st took a while before the cashier came on to even address me.2nd she had a full on attitude!3rd we attempted to order a triple and the cashier said we don't have that we have a burger with 3 burgers on it! Umm my boyfriend and I looked at each other like what ok thats what we want then cashier then stats which one .. still confused we look at each other and he got past!He got loud and said he wants the triple how hard is that. She then got more rude and it escalated from there. She was pulled and someone else came on and by then it was to late.We won't be back!
If Wendy’s wants to actually sell breakfast, they need to actually open for breakfast.If your house are 6:30 AM, here’s a thought, actually be OPEN for 6:30 AM. This is the third time I’ve come to this Wendy’s trying to grab breakfast just after they should be open and they’re not. Got here at 6:35 AM this morning and the asked the girl through the window why they weren’t open and she didn’t know. I asked her when they’d open and she just shrugged and shook her head saying, “no idea”. So tired of unreliable business. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else reliable like McDonald’s or Chik-Fil-A. Much better customer service there.
This location is pretty darn bad, as typical for Wendy's in this area. Unfortunately, customer service no longer exists and I wonder if they (the Wendy's management) even consider personality and customer service skills at all before hiring people off the street and putting them in the drive through window. Once again, as usual, some uninterested woman opened the window and handed me my bag and drink and walks away. Of course my entire order wasn't in the bag, nor were we given any sauce options so I tried calling for assistance but it was too late. The girl from the window had apparently abandoned her post and walked outside to deliver food to a parked car in the parking lot. As my entire family watched and waited, the Wendy's lady noticed we were still in her drive through and slowly walked by our car and back into the restaurant, eventually appearing at the window approximately 4 minutes later. There we let her know that we were missing food items (that I watched her bag) and she unapologetically rolled here eyes and walked away to apparently locate my last sandwich ?. All in all an additional 10 minutes of my entire families lives were wasted by this careless woman who truly didn't have any concern for her job. That's Wendy's for you! I don't know why I ever even consider it an option anymore at this point.
Horrid experience!!!! Our son took a bite from his breakfast sandwich and realized it was completely burned underneath! Plus the staff was completely rude about making a new one. We will NEVER go back there again! Don’t waste your time. The staff is absolutely ghetto!! The woman behind the counter was wearing flip flops with no socks. The kind that has a big band that go over your feet type of flip flops. The girl was putting cheese on a hamburger with no gloves with long nails and they give you an attitude if you ask them to correct your food. Not worth going EVER!! And what about the owner??!?!? Do they not see the long list of complaint after complaint?!? Do they not care that these rude ghetto people are driving their business to the ground??? Why even own the franchise if they don’t care?? This has been going on forever!!
Drive Thur is open. Not enough staff to open the diner. The fruit cup is just apple's and they have discontinued the side salad. As far as food quality it hasn't changed and as far as the staff they are as helpful and polite as possible. Would definitely continue to go there.
Lots of mistakes, bad attitudes and incompetence from the people that work there. I was told they didn't carry the bacon double stack anymore by the woman at the drive through window so I ordered a regular double stack, which I suspect is a lie because they probably didn't want to make the bacon. I also ordered a ten piece nugget spicy and they didn't give me spicy they gave me regular. I didn't notice until I was driving away. The lady who gave me the food had an attitude problem and just threw the bag towards me. Then when I got to where I was going to eat them they didn't even give me the BBQ sauce either. I don't normally call people losers but this group of people are. I understand you're probably not making a lot of money but that isn't any reason to be spiteful. Maybe if you were a better worker you'd get hired at a better job. I'd wait a few months before going back to this Wendy's until these losers are out of there and move on to ruining the next establishment they work at. I would have gave a 1 star but at least my food was hot.
Hamburgers tasted like they were made the day before. Lettuce was old, buns completely soggy with something. Sad. But the fries were very good
Unbelievable how inept the people that work here are. I've tried this place twice, both times the order was completely wrong, both times I had to sit at the window for about 2 minutes for a person to take my order, and both times my bag was basically thrown into my car by an employee with a serious attitude problem. I also like how they cheap out on the food and every time you order here they not only give you the incorrect order it's not even prepared properly... So I pay for a Dave single but what I get is a junior cheeseburger patty on a bun nearly twice the size of the burger?
In had a hard time hearing the person taking me order because of the COVID shield and she didn't speak very loud.One of the workers had her son having out watching TV on a tablet and it was very loud and distracting. Made me dining experience VERY anxious.
Ordered on the app for carryout, but all the doors were locked. Got someone else's completely different order.Not impressed.
