The absolute WORST experience I’ve EVER had at Any restaurant, Ever. If I could give them Negative Star’s, I absolutely would!The manager, Brandy whom I’ve never met before today decided to slander my name to another customer, after I was nothing but kind and thankful to the staff here. I had issues with the app, I used 300 rewards points for a double stack, after paying over $20 for food for my family, but because it didn’t print on the receipt she wasn’t willing to help me. (She even checked my app and agreed that she can see that I ordered it and my points were used, but that if I wanted the double stack, I’d need to order it and pay for it again!!). There was a genuinely nice man behind me in line, Noah who had overheard the entire conversation. Noah, just like myself, was in complete disbelief that she flat out refused to help me, so he quietly said to me, that he was annoyed with himself for giving them a great google review just the other day, as these are Not the same people and these people didn’t deserve such a good review. (No other customers were around us or in the store when we talked, it was just me, Noah and my daughter standing there.) Jennifer, who was working the register started making a scene throwing her hands up and basically told us to shut up! (By the way, Jennifer was outside smoking a crack/meth pipe between the dumpsters in the parking lot when my daughter and I were sitting in the parking lot before we entered Wendy’s, she then grabbed the rolling garbage can and lit a cigarette, and went inside quickly after she noticed that we had witnessed her smoking a crack/meth pipe.) (I wasn’t even going to bring up her drug use but after the visit we had today, I will be reporting Jennifer and Brandy both to corporate.). Noah then told them he wanted his money back and no longer wanted to food he ordered. I told Noah, this is why I don’t come inside these places, because the staff can be so rude. I said it’s been more than 6 months since my last visit here. Brandy (the manager then proceeds to slander my name by shouting out to the other customer, Noah “She hasn’t been here because I kicked her out last time! I’m going to call the cops and Trespass you!!”!![Excuse me???]I’ve Never in my life been kicked out of Any establishment, Ever! Not to mention this was literally the Very first time I had ever met these two lying, disgusting, and completely unprofessional staff members!! To add to all of the uncalled for treatment, she then made my daughter cry with her disgusting threats! I will be reporting both of them! Today was the very last day that I will be purchasing Anything from Wendy’s!!
Is there negative stars for whoever the female manager was on 5/20/2022?? Most disrespectful, negligent, willful disregard for the customer and customer service. Truly disgusting behavior today. Literally left an amazing, positive review days ago for the other workers/managers and you tarnished there reputation and there credibility. They can’t call you out but I will. Put your pride aside, that double stack you denied the other customer after she spent over $20 kinda pathetic.. was it worth loosing 2 customers over??
One star is to much for the way I was just treated at this Wendy's. I got there at 848 went in through the door by the restrooms and used the bathroom real quick and proceeded to the counter to get a Jr back burger. Claudia was the cashier and refused to service me because her excuse was they were closed and she had to clean the lobby to go home. The doors were open and it was still not 9pm and I'm the customer I had no idea they closed at 9 but it was not 9 yet. She was so rude to me so I asked if I can at least purchase a cookie I was so hungry I'm an uber driver so I stopped to get food for myself. She rudely said no to that either and kept complaining to a paying customer that I needed to leave because she needed to close the lobby to clean. Now mind you not at any point was I rude or disrespectful to any of the employees. I was trying to charge my phone while I was at the counter trying to order food. So since they refused to serve me because they wanted to go home I asked nicely if I can pls charge my phone 5 more minutes I needed to call my son n my battery was dead. I was not bothering anyone mind you. Then a manager by the name of Krystal walked up to the counter and I'm about 100 feet away from her at the table charging my phone and she started screaming at me that I had to leave w out asking me what had just transpired with her employee not serving me 1 item before they closed. I told Krystal I was already in the restaurant I just had to use the bathroom and she yelled at me and said "you were in the restroom 10 minutes!!!!" Omg that was so embarrassing their were other people in the restaurant btw and employees sitting n eating. I am not a street thug or someone that needed to be spoken to this way. I'm an educated women and I also am a manager at a local restaurant. I would never ever treat my guests that way. One of your employees stepped up and defended me and told Krystal she was wrong for talking to me that way. Again I did not disrespect any emloyee at all. I was treated like a dog. She also could have told me the drive thru was open politely but she didn't she was rude and disgusting. That manager should not be working there. I am going to go further with this. Noone deserves what treatment I just got. DONOT GO HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will also be contacting Misty the general manager and the franchise owner. Jeanette

950 north wickham rd,melbourne fl 32935....went there today,friday for breakfast,around 9:30 AM..locked doors,knocked on the door,lady looked at us then ignored us..this wasnt the first time this has happened for breakfast.all other times...inside always seems dirty with sticky floors,bathroom reeks, tables are dirty,cold nuggets and stale fries. employees alway seem rude..all WENDYS in Melbourne floridahave gone down hill..
Staff is great, my order has never been wrong, but their dive thru is SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. 4th car in line and it took me 15 minutes just get to the window to order. I could see inside and there was only 2 customers in there.
Wendys is always a great place to visit they have great customer service.O want to mention the manager Misty she always goes above and beyond for her customers.This is why this place deserves five stars
The food was pretty good. Prices within budget when you don't feel like preparing a meal at home. It seemed quicker going into order the store versus the drive thru. Over all, I have no complaints.
One of the better ones in town still could use some improvement a lot of homeless hang around the area kind of dirty on the outside and inside overall food is good
