Amazing service and prices! The large twirl is almost 2 lbs of ice cream, all for a reasonable price! I gave one to my wife and she called off our divorce! Will be returning!
Twistee Treat is definitely a go to of mine. The staff there are extremely nice even when they get busy they do their best and get through the crowds! Everything looks amazing when it comes out the window can't wait for my next visit!
Finger licking great flavor and limitless options. The reward system is sweet n come in handy when you frequent the Cone. People seem always happy and never gave me a side eye. Be happy!
When I tell ya this place is darn good I mean it. So we was talking with my brother in law Jimbo and he told me about this place and oh wee I’m glad he did. I drove there with my boys in the back and the wife in the front and let me tell you this place has the darnest deceration! I heard both the boys yip yappin about it and we drove up to the winda and I ordered on of those darn waffle tacos. Now this establishment was so fancy that I almost couldn’t believe it. Anywho, one of the staff handed me it was it was like heaven on earth! My kiddos and my wife loved it so much. Especially the wife if you get me (laugh out loud) but this ice cream store is so good but i just wish they had a rode kill flavor but that’s fine. Back in Alabama they also had that flavor (laugh out loud) Anyways i love this ice cream place and god bless.
I bring my kids here a lot. It's convenient. Priced reasonably, tastes good. Today in the Drive-Thru I was handed something I didn't order. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I respectfully said I did not want it and they refused to take it back because it's a health code violation. So now I'm stuck with an open cup of ice cream that I don't want that I am forced to take because they refuse to take it back. So I had to get out of my car iand go find a trash can. Seemed unreasonable. I realize working the drive-thru at an ice cream restaurant is probably not the ultimate career choice but I also feel like you could at least try.

I just went there and had a bad customer service experience. I have noticed in the past that the portions are small, but tonight was even worse. I asked the lady in the drive thru "Is this a large" her response was to sarcastically say "YUP" and close the window on me. I don't think that my question was unreasonable or rude. This is by far the smallest large I've ever seen.
No Consistency here. Got yelled at When the "Girl" heard my husband say we'd have to Walk Up to the Window instead of Driving Thru because We could Not Drive Our Vehicle thru there since Another Friend of Ours Had Their Fender Ripped off when He Attempted that about a month ago. You go one time Windows Open or Drive Thru, go another it's Drive Thru Only. We Cannot "Drive Thru". It's Not Worth a Ripped Fender for an Ice Cream, so We All went to Dairy Queen & Later in the week We'll go back to Dells. This place makes no sense in their back & forth between the Walk Up & Drive Thru. Either way, It's Also Not Worth Us Driving to One place when there Are A Few Other Choices & We Wouldn't Be Yelled at by some Kid who was obviously in a Mood.

Usually this place is pretty ok. However when I went tonight I was told they could only do cups or cones. I thought this meant that maybe they couldn't do milkshakes but they couldnt do sundaes or anything else either. Not sure how you can either have every piece of equipment broken or out of every other topping/flavoring.
