Go there almost every week maybe twice and get the same smoothie meal every time. Doesn’t matter who is there can’t ever seem to get it right after 3 try’s and going back to my house twice with smoothie’s that were not as ordered I will never go there again. How hard is it to make a smoothie with no banana add blueberries

This is the 3rd time that I have had an issue with getting part of my order. I ordered on the app a smoothie with a Strawberry Edible Straw - did I get the straw? NO! I am so over this store that I am willing to travel the extra 15 minutes to the next store just for better service!
The smoothies at the Melbourne mall are far superior to this place. I’ve gone here a few times and each time the smoothies taste worse/more bland. They also don’t do a great job with blending the ice so you are crunching your smoothie ice constantly.
Smoothie was okay (came in different cup & smoothie was all over the sides), but my side of chips was completely crushed and my toasted sandwich was cold.....
Very sad experience my smoothie was extra watery, I asked for them to add more ice, and now it has no flavor. Costumer service was poor today! We been coming to this location for a long time, too bad it wasn’t as good today.

Don't know why, bit it took 25 MN to get a stupid breakfast wrap, and then it was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Smoothie came quick and was good
