The cashier was very unapproachable...did not ask if I needed help...she just starred off...spelt my name wrong...then above all, got the order wrong. I had to wait extra time for my order.Fyi...if you're not happy with your job or you're having a bad day, please don't share that energy with your Paying customers. You make the establishment look bad let alone..yourselfWe as workers ..especially in customer care must be and do better!Ty
The first time we went here, they were great and very accommodating to my allergy (pineapple). The second time we visited the mall, I was excited to go back there and get a smoothie and sandwich. But when I walked up there, I noticed two bugs crawling around on the front counter. I'm not sure what type they were, but that's still not a good thing. I can't imagine what that means for the back of the store or all the places customers can't see. Unfortunately I won't be going back to this particular location anytime soon.
The Customer Service at this location is the WORST!!! Long story short…. It’s lunch time and we pick this place because it’s what we actually wanted. In an attempt to feed My 8 Month old Daughter, my Pregnant Wife, then Myself, attempt to purchase among other food a Banana. I say attempt, because we were Unsuccessful.Tried to Sub it as a side… Not AllowedTried to Buy it out right… Not AllowedTried to buy a smoothie with Bananas as the ingredients, and said to just give me the bananas they were gonna put in the smoothie on the side. I WAS TOLD THAT IF THE BANANAS WEREN’T BEING BLENDED UP INTO A SMOOTHIE, I WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO BUY ANY. I THEN Explained it was for my 8 Month Old, and the Manager (Heather I believe) explained that she Didn’t Care, and that AT HER Tropical Smoothie, ingredients ONLY got put into a smoothie. PERIOD. NO EXCEPTION.Direct quote from Cashier “THERE’S NO BUTTON TO EVEN SELL YOU JUST A BANANA.” To which my reply was, “OK…I TOLD YOU I’D HAPPILY PAY FOR THE WHOLE SMOOTHIE.”So we left, crying Baby in my arms, and went to RED GINGER. Amazingly, within 3 minutes, we had Fresh Sliced Avocado and Mango for my STARVING BABYGIRL.BTW HEATHER, they don’t have a button for that either… They just made it happen because they have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT LIKE YOU…. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

The service was okay. But when I got down to the bottom of my lean machine smoothie, I sucked up a hard rock of something, as well as, a large goopy, chewy piece of something.I've worked in the food industry for over 10 years and the only thing that came to mind when I felt that really gross chewy thing was that it was some kind of build up from the blender. Please make sure you're cleaning your equipment thoroughly. I almost got sick just from the texture of it.Thanks.
Very Friendly staff. Found what type of Smoothie I needed for my Mom already on the menu(Beach Bum). It came with 2 options of Chocolate, so I got her one of each.
I have never experienced such bad customer service! The girl at the register was sweet, but today the girl making the smoothies should be ashamed!! I’m deathly allergic to pine-apple and the girl made a slick comment because I told her she had to clean the blender.(isn’t that common sense?!) as I was walking up the same girl was yelling at someone in the back about using her napkins. And this place is hiring?! I’d NEVER want to work with anyone like that.

Since the other two locations disappointed us so much we brought kids to the mall and tried this one.I didn’t think it could get worse, wrong it was dirty they barely wash a blender before using. Kids had no gloves on and they all were rude. Running out of ones to try and will take my business elsewhere. With Covid it would be wise to have good service because I and many others won’t put up with this service.
Everyone was hard working except a couple employees. There was this one blonde who rang me up. And she was super lazy about taking my order didn’t even greet me just asked what do you want.
