Ordered 2 Cajun shrimp wraps and they put chicken in one and no shrimp at all on the other. Said they'll call back to make things right twice and never did. They don't even deserve 1 star
Good customer service had a small bump today but I was cool with it and got my missing 2nd southwest breakfast wrap quickly. I dont complain cause its always right. Or taken care of asap
They're Smoothies Are Sometimes Actually Decent. Depending On Who Makes Them If They Actually Want To.The Bananas Are 9/10 Rotten Or Rotting.Same With They're Toppings Like Tomatoes, Lettuce, & Chicken.Be Sure You Check You're Total As Well Because Sometimes They'll Have The Wrong Order Or Whatever And Try Charging You 21 Or Plus More When You Only Got A Smoothie.Nonetheless You Could Just Make Them Healthier At Home With No Attitude From Another Human Being ?
Walked in this place and immediately thought, I’m gonna find hair in my food. And to my surprise, I did! Yum! Atleast I got my money back. The smoothies they made for me were watery bittery almost spoiled vomit. Yuck!

We ordered a sandwich, chips and a smoothie through Postmates. The order came and the smoothie was missing. The Postmates driver said there was only two items and showed us the receipt, they charge us for the smoothie but never added it so the Postmates driver thought he was only picking up two items. When we called Tropical Smoothie and spoke to “Tia” she was extremely rude and insisted they didn’t even make it or charge us. When we told her we had a screenshot of the receipt and were indeed charged she said “well then come pick it up.” When we explained we spent extra money having ordered as a DELIVERY and need it delivered she said “well we can’t like leave. And we don’t even deal with Postmates.” Which was a blatant lie. She was extremely rude, uncaring and unhelpful. Further customer service training and phone etiquette should happen in the near future.
