Joined our family of 14 for Mothers Day 2022. Gosh, I raved about Tradewinds and the delightful lunches and parties we've attended in the past. Today was a buffet of disappointment. The breakfast entrees were cold and we were told they ran out of roast beef just as we approached. The dessert selections were just like little Debbie's. So sad ? Embarrassing. I found myself apologizing to my family.
Enjoyed lunch here very much. They served up a nice salad and a wicked lemon drop martini. It would be especially helpful if they had a cocktail menu but that's just my preference. Definitely will return.

Booked a reservation for lunch on Christmas Eve for my family over a month ago. I received a call just a couple of minutes ago saying that my reservation has been cancelled because they will be closed, and they wanted to let me know in time?? Really?? You are absolutely great at ruining a family gathering. If I was made aware of this when I booked, called the club, or even a couple of weeks ago, I would at least have the opportunity to figure something else for my family. I am just truly disappointed.
We decided to go to Tradewinds Restaurant at Duran Golf Club as an alternative to eating with throngs of Christmas shoppers at the Avenues at Viera. The day was lovely and seating outdoors on the Veranda really scenic. Our server was Aubrey, and she was very friendly and did a really fine job of taking care of us. Special Thanks, Aubrey! We chose a Chicken Salad Wrap and Island Tacos, both were adequate and fulfilled our lunch desire. Nothing over the top you understand, just a peaceful, serene location for a decent lunch with excellent service provided. We will recommend Tradewinds Restaurant as a good alternative to eating at the Avenues. Not crowded....and so pretty outside.
Aloha, The efficient staff handled our large birthday party wonderfully. Meatball and skewered veggies appetizers were tasty and nice presentation, too. I enjoyed the chicken piccata...I probably spelled it wrong?. Take care of yourselves and God's blessings and protection from Covid to you. Aloha
