I don’t eat meat so I always get stir fried veggies and a side of potatoes when I go out for breakfast/ brunch. There must have been at least 4 tablespoons of oil sloshing around my dish. I took a video but was not able to upload here. Hard to taste the food when all I can taste is the grease. My husbands meal of scrambled eggs and pancakes was ok.Obviously not coming back.I can’t believe I’m going to say this but every IHOP we’ve been to from New Mexico , south Fl to central fl has consistently made my breakfast of non greasy sautéed veggies and potatoes. I guess not all chains are bad.

This is a 2 for 1 review since I'm currently enjoying the diner for the 2nd time in a week. What a gem squeezed into a strip mall! It was my first meal in Melbourne visiting my daughter for Easter. I'd noticed it on my morning jog so when she mentioned it for breakfast on Good Friday, I was "Let's do it!" It is a very relaxing place. With Sinatra singing quietly in the background. I was surprised how much space was available but we were later than the local crowd. They had some very apropos outside seating and weather was great I had the popeyes greek omelet sans the meat (given the day) and my daughter the yogurt parfait that she noticed immediately was literally whipped up that morning. She didn't eat it all since the yogurt probs wasn't sweet enough for her. .. but I liked it! Now today I considered the popeyes with the Gyro meat since Easter has begun! But talked myself into the corned beef Benie since it was a new one to me. I chose homefries as my side (could have grits, biscuit-- a very tasty fried one-- or tomatoes). The homefries were heavenly... very crispy and soft in center and seasoned just how I'd hoped .... with grilled in fresh onions The coffee was rich and strong but not bitter and frequently filled. The waiters both times were very pleasant, friendly, and informed. Helpful just enough with the suggestions as I wanted. I could tell that others around me were frequent customers (the true sign of a good restaurant). They were known by the staff. Check this place out! You can't see it from the main drag (Wickham Road) since its hidden by a mattress store. So other than word of mouth from friend, just happening by, or it showing up in your TripAdvisor recommends, you'll never see/find the place. So dont forget, I told you about it. Ask for Nicole (sorry i dont have the name of my first waitress but she was awesome too).

Terrible service. Took a long time to get a menu. Ordered a piece of ham and must have gotten the end piece, it was 60-70% fat and not edible. When the waitress asked if everything was ok, mentioned the issue with the ham, which she could easily see, however she did nothing about it. Would not go back.

At first, thought sandwiches were too pricy but I could only eat half (& I'm a big eater!) Very large side portions of cole slaw and pasta salad (which did NOT taste 'run of the mill'.) Also, thick sliced pickle. Took remaining halves of sandwich and both sides home for lunch the next day.

The food is incredible!!! Great service as well !!

First time in this Beautiful establishment. Food was excellent, staff was very friendly an on point. A little pricey, but well worth the price for the portions you get & the taste.???I will be going back. ☑️ I want to try their pizza Restaurant.? ??

Read the reviews, and the majority was correct! Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. The food is pricey for breakfast, but you get plenty of it. It's definitely a must stop to grab a bite.
