Nice service. Food is good. Extensive menu with many options. It reminds me of a new York diner, with a modern Floridian feel. This is not a typical diner setting, this would be casual brunch place to eat items are too lazy making yourself that day, but certainly could make on your own. Nothing on the menu pops and if it's a special of the day sandwich or meal, sometimes it's way more money and not worth the few extra buck in my opinion, especially in a diner setting. Would go back everything was made to order and correct. No problems, all in all a staple of Melbourne, but not anything to run home about either. I feel crammed in their booths and sometimes it's so pack I feel crammed in their no matter where I sit. Maybe it's time to expand?
Best burgers and sweet tea. Great friendly service. Lots of sweets to choose from too. Happy 30 years to you all! ??❤️
It was really good food great service
Great Food, with a family atmosphere .♥️☘️
Convient location but not impressed at all. They greeted me with "Hey Mister" instead of something a little smoother, like "Good Morning Sir." For the waitresses, I think they should all be wearing slacks instead of shorts. One server had vericose veins as big as my little finger and a 6 inch scabbed over cut on her leg. Not too appetizing a sight. I tried the Scrapple and didn't like it at all. I still can't figure out what it is. On the Red Potatoes every one of the skins was so tough I couldn't eat it. Either fry them more, or use different potatoes. The biscuit was dry and just crumbled when I tried to cut it to add butter, and then they were very dry, like eating flour. And during the meal one server reached across my food just top fill the salt shaker, shich was already full. That was pretty rude. I won't be back.
What a terrific little diner! Prices are what they used to be in the 90s. Very affordable and quality food. Large portion sizes. Lots of servers to refill coffee and such. Waitress was attentive and polite. The omelettes we're huge, lots of filling, and good side options. Pancakes were thick and fluffy. Will definitely be back to try their lunch menu too!
Second time here, the service is quick and friendly. The corned beef hash wasn’t as crispy as I asked but it was still delicious and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The French toast was good too. The hash browns were oily and too well done/not done at all on the inside. My BF got the hearty breakfast combo and his favorite part was the sausage that he got on the side. Overall, we always have breakfast when we’re in the area. It is consistently good.
Grilled muffins. Omelets we’re huge. Biscuits were light, fluffy and buttery. Great value meal.
That Little Restaurant is a must for breakfast! Notably, they have an extensive menu for any taste, and even while busy the service has always reasonably speedy about getting a hot delicious meal on the table as quickly as I have seen. Excellent service, coupled with available outdoor seating makes TLR a five star eatery in Brevard!
Noticed listening to staff, management talking about racial stuff. Not very appealing to listen to while eating. And one was the owners daughter. I would not dine here if your black, Hispanic etc etc this is old white cracker attitudes and not a positive experience unfortunately.
