They close up whenever they feel like it even though the sign will say open, usually out of most menu items, I ask for a handful of sauce and EVERYTIME they throw one in the bag of the wrong sauce. Taco Bell is not rocket science.
I know they've been low on staff lately with the worker shortage, but the workers there are staying super positive! Their positive attitude can even be heard through the drive through speakers and never fails to put a smile on my face.
I am always disappointed at this location. The people are very kind but they are ALWAYS out of ingredients every night of the week- busy or not- and your filled order is wrong 95% of the time. Super disappointed every time I come here.
100% this is a money laundering opperation. What sort of lunch fast food spot doesn't open till noon (and isn't ready to immediately serve you once it rolls around. "Food will take 15 mins" was my warning after sitting around for 10 mins waiting for noon.) And what taco bell closes at 8? I've tried 3 times and can't actually order food at this place. They aren't trying to sell taco os at this place, God knows what they do.
I ordered 3 Deluxe Craving boxes and waited for 20 minutes, then they asked if we had our order. My answer was, "do you see the boxes on our table?" She apologized saying they were already working on it. 10 minutes later, the boxes were ready. (Half hour total) She gave us three Cinnamon Twists for the inconvenience. (No drink cups up to this point) Then, it wasn't until we finished and had already left, that we realized that they didn't include the Nacho Cheese Doritos Loco Tacos inside of any of the three boxes. We were so upset that decided never to go back to that place again. I have never felt like a 2nd class customer. Their attention was solemnly on the Drive- thru service. I guess they are more important!
Nacho fries are my favorite, however if you order them from this location they will probably be smaller than advertised and freezing cold. Don’t have to worry about my nacho fries craving anymore.. this location ruined it.
Waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes (arrived 9:30pm), confused as to why the line wasn’t moving. Called the restaurant 4 times in an attempt to see if they were closed. No answer, so there must be no staff there right? Wrong! The RGM and another were making their exit for those 20 minutes. No signs posted or verbal notifications at the order box that they closed at least a half-hour before their listed closing time of 10:00pm.Upon reaching the window and flagging down the manager who was trying to rush out at 9:50pm to get a refund for my mobile order, I was greeted with a seasoned disdain for customers from said RGM. After opening her foul mouth to refuse to issue a refund, she slammed & locked the window to scurry out early.She says she’s short staffed, and I wonder why! Imagine working for this witch ?♀️
There are signs out on the road and on the building stating that the dining room is open. But when we arrived the door is locked. No signage as to why. If there hadn't been cars in a drove thru we would have thought the place was closed. We ordered our food, the person on the speaker was a bit difficult to hear. That could be from the road traffic though. The order was completely incorrect upon review of the receipt. We ordered 2 number 3s and specifically asked for one of them be supreme. This was not entered correctly, even after the person in the drive thru repeating the order. We ordered 2 Mt dews and 1 Pepsi. We received 2 Pepsis and one Mt dew. The hard shell taco was missing from the number 7 we also ordered. Had the drive thru been not as busy, we would have gone back to have it corrected. But overall this experience was highly disappointing.
This place is an absolute joke. The manager or whoever the short female is, is rude as hell. She always has an attitude! She’s upset at the job she has because nobody wants to work with her. She is always cursing out other employees in front of customers. The door is always locked and you can’t dine inside ever. Her kids are always there running around the store. I was just in there and the disrespect with eye rolling I walked right out. Don’t get upset with me because of your job. The customer service here sucks. Whoever the girl is short bigger female usually has a bun. Drive the white bmw has absolutely no respect for customers or job she holds. This place would be 100x better the day they fire her and get someone in there who cares.
Poor sad soggy broken taco. Frequently out of items, one socially awkward guy that works drive through sometimes, and occasionally missing items in my order.So why the 5 stars?They don't make me wait 40 mins in the drive through or randomly sub items when they're out of something without asking first (*cough* Wendy's *cough*) or actually show up to work and not make ordering feel like an argument (*cough* Burger King *cough*).It's Taco Bell so I don't know what people are actually expecting, but staff have always been nice and friendly to me and food quality is pretty much what I expect. Yeah, every place is short staffed but this Taco Bell doesn't throw a fit and curse about my order (at least within earshot) or throw my bag of food at me.
