Always get something wrong from things not being supreme when asked for it or them just throwing the sour cream on the side of Doritos locos taco in between taco shell and box they go in. My cinnamon twists never have cinnamon on them. Every single time something is messed up or the wrong thing in general. And to top it all of the majority of the workers need to work on their customer service from being rude to flat out shoving things out the window and rushing you

I went thru drive thru to request pick up on my mobile order but they said I needed to park and come in side. It was ready when I went in. Not quite sure of the difference of ordering at the speaker and waiting in line or pre ordering ..doesn't it take the same amount of time to make if I pull up to the speaker and order as if I have already ordered? And would you tell a customer ordering at drive thru that they needed to.come inside. ?
For 3am on a random weeknight, this Taco Bell exceeds every time. I'm used to at least one thing wrong with my order everywhere I go, but I've only ever had a single issue here (lettuce on a cheese roll-up, which they kindly and quickly replaced for me). Awesome staff too, one time I got a free freeze since it was an extra and they are always super nice.
Longest wait in drive through. Over 20 mins. Once you get in front wait another 5 before they let you order. Finally gave it another chance since bringing back Mexican pizza. Ordered extra beef 3x now on Mexican pizza. Still hardly any on there. Tacos alway broken and smashed. This Taco Bell has always been lacking. My first bad review ever. Done with it.
Stopped in this morning for breakfast, tables, counters were filthy. Lady with the long nails is quite aggressive and unprofessional. My friends told me not to go here, try any other Taco Bell, but I thought I'd give it a try. 2 tries to be exact. That lady with the fake nails is so confrontational, i can't believe she's worked there for 4 years. Terrible service, dirty store, go elsewhere!
I asked for no tomato, as my receipt says. And as you can see I had to still pick off my tomatoes. And I saw there was a manager on the line making food. I'm not mad, I just ask that you guys read to orders more carefully. I'm a manager as well and close sandwiches at a Wendy's. I understand rushes and getting frustrated with other customers and other situations. But its still our duty to make sue the orders come out right.I simply couldn't eat my taco because I could taste the tomato juice on it.
I showed up and asked for 4 party packs. This team handled it like a boss!!!! Everyone here is Soo nice, the place is very clean. I am soo impressed!! Used to come all the time, but the old crew was horrible. This crew...... Amazing! The epitome of great customer 5
Pretty much the usual experience when you can't be heard as a customer to the employee/server/cook/etc. having to repeat yourself multiple times, and still got the order incorrect. Maybe it was a long day (5pm ish...). But hey the part of the order that was correct was exceptionally acceptable as what one would usually order from a "Taco Bell".
Major thumbs down for repeatedly and seemingly maliciously omitting sauce packets from doordash orders. Over and over I'll order something with 8 or 9 fire-sauce and 8 or 9 hot-sauce packets and ZERO will be sent. Over and over. Doordash censored that comment so I am posting it here instead.
