They don't tip the bussers, or the chefs? Then I'm served by a cat robot. I am a sushi chef and foodie that loved the small Melbourne location off US1. This is not it and I am not sure what happened.

I was up from Atlanta for an event and was invited to this place. The worse service ever! I order my food before my friends I was with. They received their food before me. Come to find out a waitress who acted Ike she was new, a short young blond girl who told me that my order was kicked out of the system! ? I finally got tSo I waisted 1 hour just to get 2 dynamite rolls and 2 spring. My friends ate and had to get on the road and I’m waiting for a to go order because I couldn’t enjoy the all you can eat sushi at the restaurant! The the server tried to over charge me! As much as I enjoy sushi and there food is good, I’ll find another location who value customer service! I do not recommend this place! AT ALL!

I ordered fr Shishi Factory for pickup. My kids really wanted to try it and the location was convenient for us. I ordered miso soup and five different basic types of sushi. Everything tasted great, though was somewhat lukewarm. Wish the soup had been hot and the sushi cold. I had ordered ahead of time and picked my pickup time about 40 minutes out. The place was almost empty when I arrived, but I still had to wait ten minutes until I could get my order. The kids like the food as well.

Food is good, service is horrible!! Waited an hour for our food to come. Then we never even got our soup and salad. Then when asked about it we were ignored. Then we got the excuse that she was the only one making soups and salads And was falling behind. Not once getting an apology for the long way time. Then they make you pay an 18% gratuity that’s tacked onto your bill and cannot adjust for terrible service. I believe this is the real reason why the service is so terrible. they have no incentive to provide good service because tthey are getting there 18% good service or not. There is never a manager available or one that is accountable for the staff service. The same is for all their locations.

Waitress was rude when she didn't understand how to pronounce Asahi. And shamed me for my pronunciation of it. However rest of service was the same, polite to my husband and rude to me. It's not WHAT you say it is how you say it. I hope she has a better day as she hears I won't be back to this location. Sushi chef was polite despite waitress interaction. So 2 stars just for him. Zero for her service habits.

Great sushi, great price! Always satisfied whether I eat in or take out! As a matter of fact I’m about to place an order as soon as they open at 4pm!! You guys are doing a great job! Always friendly when I dine in, no matter the wait I think it’s worth it plus it’s not that long of a wait! Order out if your impatient!! I know you can’t please everyone but you sure did please me!!!!

I don’t understand why so many people are trashing this place. If you decide to go to sushi factory just know you’re going to be there for a while. They are super shortstaffed and the food takes a little bit but overall for all you can eat paying around 25 bucks, I would say that’s a good deal. They have a good sized menu and there is an 18% service charge so that everyone helping gets a tip which I think is fair. The sushi chefs, the busser and the waitress were all serving everybody when I last came in.The staff is kind and I really enjoy this place!

All you can eat sushi is the way to go! Good sushi for all you can eat at a good price. Would definitely come back. Most of the staff I saw were even wearing masks so I felt fairly safe from covid too.

Third time coming to this location and my last time. I ordered the raw tuna rolls and each time they weren't fresh. When I took a took the tuna out of the roll and examined, it was green at the bottom and smelled spoiled. I personally wouldn't recommend eating any of the raw items on the menu, but you decide for yourself. If the quality of food is cause for concern, automatically it's a one star from me.I do prefer the Wickham location--the fish is fresh and never had any issues the many times I've been there.
