i went in to the store with my friends while we’re waiting on his car to get fixed and we go into the subway and get drinks i asked for a water cup and she handed me one and i got a drink from the fountain, i took a couple sips and then she said i had to pay for it so i went up and paid for it, she had the grossest attitude she was glaring at me and so i glared back and she got upset that i did that and threatened to call the cops on me for “stealing” mind you that i had already paid for it and so i told her that i already payed for it and that there is no need to be rude that she could’ve just told me in a different tone, then it escalated from that. my words were out of pure frustration, and if she had approached me in a better tone i would have gladly respected her

I had THE WORST experience in this restaurant today. Who are those two young women? They were rude and so AWFUL. Yuck! Customers aren't for you to abuse and talk down to. Fire the B Team.

Ordered a sandwich for pickup and when I walked in to the store they were making it. I walked into them laughing and making fun of me because my sandwich was plain. Will not go there again. Employees are rude.
