Mel was just the best. She has a fantastic attitude, is very friendly, and she made it a point to make sure my order was done right, even late at night. 10/10
Very rude emplyees that roll there eyes and look at each other when you ask them to clean a knife or actually make a sandwich correctly.. Iam paying for it so i want the way i want it and a clean knife not dripping with tuna

Someone needs to go over their training manual again forever waystation straight walked in today is Employee wearing AirPods doing a online order. No cates given. Not even a greeting. Not even to mention him ignoring the guy already in line. What’s up Subway. This is not ok. Husband and myself took our business next door to So-Ju Korean fried Chicken and tried something new. Place was a 10. What’s up with this Covid customer service. Let’s put a stop to this.
The manager, Steve Kalmer, was on the line yesterday and he was the rudest person to the customers. He was rude to the older lady in front of me so much that I was biting my lip not to say something to him then when it was my turn I asked him to spread the tuna to the ends so it would all be the same (he left the last 3 inches with no covering )and he was really rude about it. I didn't do that to be picky, I have it cut into sections for my kids so the kid who got the end would have had nothing in it. He did it with so much hostility he flicked a big chunk off the sandwich. This guy shouldn't be managing anything.
They made my sub perfect especially on my birthday
Will not be eating at this location again very rude people that work there was told to f off when I asked for my sandwich to be made a certain way I would suggest using the other Subway a little further down the guy with the green shirt in this picture should not be allowed to work in any restaurant he's very rude and he put the food back in the containers after they made it for me incorrectly.
This particular one is great come here pretty much every week very friendly staff
