Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. 07/30/2022 to be exact. Only because whatever shift that was deserves a shout out to say the least. The gentlemen at the register who also had the head set on was super friendly, helpful and kind. The girl who made the coffee did a great job and was also super friendly and polite. It was a great experience. 5 min of nice people can really make someone’s mood better. I appreciate the crew!
Would love to be able to give five stars but inconsistency keeps the rating low. Drinks are made drastically differant depending on who is working. Shouldn't be repulsed by taking the first drink of a tea either. It was rancid and should have been fresh! Very close to not going back...
Coffee is good and Kevin made the simple experience of picking up coffee great and hilarious!
I don't mind the wait because good costumer service and delicious goods are hard to find these days. I'm glad Starbucks holds true to their standards.
Although I'm not a regular, I enjoy treating myself sometimes as I have to be at work before 5am. Yes the Ice coffee with espresso to kick start the day. It is exceptional to see a staff member such as Sierra enjoy what she does and radiating positivity through her glowing personality, especially before 5am. This is rare to see a gem like this in the service hospitality business. Thanks Sierra great start of a great day.
Superior customer service three people working in a very busy drive-thru and a few people inside but they knocked it out of the park damn good job. My decaf mocha came out perfect. The young man that worked the register was super polite professional they need to pay them more.
I'm confused which one I paid, the foam or the coffee... I haven't even started yet, my coffee almost nothing.
Went inside and waited. Never greeted, not even acknowledged even though there was plenty of staff. Left without ordering. The drive through never moved, other people left.
Staff is very friendly here and good at making helpful suggestions for additions and substitutions.
Waited so long behind the one car ahead of me that while I was pulling up the app (to claim the 75 stars from the order I made because of the promotional stars offered) closed and the barista was already running my card and refused to scan my phone because it was already "processing." in such a rush for the only two cars in line that that they don't have time for the customs.
