KIKI has such great customer service and works with diligence! Took my order and brought it to me within seconds. AMAZING! 10/10. Love this Starbucks location! The nitro is the best I've had! Ask for Kiki if you get a chance!

The staff is always friendly and very welcoming. They definitely take care of their customers…if the drink doesn’t come out as expected they are always willing and friendly about making your order right. The manager, Trevor, is beyond nice and always exudes positivity, he is always in a great mood!!
The baristas need to look at how matcha lattes are suppose to be made. Every time I, or someone I know, orders matcha (iced or hot) from here something is glaringly wrong. 2 stars because they're at least friendly
Should call this place Five Bucks as everything costs at least $5. Three small coffees & a breakfast sandwich almost $20. It's good don't get me wrong but I can't see how folks stop here every day & get the more expensive mocha frapa, capa, chinos....
They have a real hard time following a drink order. You would think the caramel is coming out of their paycheck. It is absolutely ridiculous. Starbucks is always inconsistent. Never get the same drink twice.
Today I asked my GF to bring me home a drink after she was done studying. I asked for no ice so it wasn't watered down.They have her this and told her they were not alot to fill it up anymore because of the no ice request. I paid 6.49 for this.They said it was a new rule, I will 100% be contacting corporate and following up with this. I have never in my life complained about a resteraunt or coffee shop ect.This is Linsanity
