Online app order, staff could not find my order, order made at 11:55am and handed to me at 12:45, tator tots not cooked and Chilli dog was cold as well as the Chilli at the bottom of the bag. Very disappointing. Manager was stressed and served my order even though it was cold. Drink order was diluted. Place was very busy, but staff was trying hard to keep everyone happy

Sonics has never been great and my last couple visits have been terrible. Having to wait 15min in the drive thru to end up with a stale chicken sandwich and tater tots is not as bad as the biden administration, but still bad.
Kept seeing the commercial advertising the Cake Batter Shake. I like cake batter, so hey!, why not? It looked good!Sorry, but for me it was a, No!The flavor, which I'm sure others will like, was too sweet for my taste and maybe because I normally don't eat a lot of sweets, could have been a factor but I didn't really care for it. I didn't like this particular 'Cake Batter' flavor.
Well overall terrible experience. Ordered from the app. Good customer service. Food came out fast but freezing cold. Got a burger with no pickles and it was cold literally like it was in a fridge. I also know I ordered two pretzels and only got one. He came out and took the cold burger I was eating and said he has to take it to bring a new burger out. … what were they really going to do with that burger?? No one does that. They didn’t offer to make anything right just gave me a new cold burger. I won’t be back. Sad.
Debit card machine not working had to wait for the poor waitress to go back in the store and run the card , forgot to tip her , ordered grilled cheese and was going to get the flavor burst mocha ice coffee ordered a regular iced coffee ended up being brought a hot coffee, told her not to worry , sorry the grilled cheese was only okay last I was there it was really good, funny thing is the hot coffee that was brought when I ordered the iced coffee was delicious! Please bring back the flavor burst mocha coffee I drove I don't know how many miles to get the mocha burst the regular coffee is delicious, need to remind you to bring me catsup and a few pickles for the grilled cheese, I forgot to ask again. Not Arnold Schwarzenegger, but I'll be back.
This place is always so freaking slow! The food is fine but this place has always been slow since I’ve lived here 2006. Like either change overall, as you can use a revamp or hire more staff, whatever. Seriously
Corn dog had some type of flakey substance all over it and the tater tots were cold and so hard they crumbled when you bit into them.Went back today 4/24 and ordered tots and a corn dog again. Since no one could find my name for my the replacement order. I live three houses from Sonic. Tots were stone cold again. I drove back to get my order replaced. But now my corn dog is stone cold because I waited on fresh tots. Why not replace someone's whole order?The drinks, shakes and slushes here are always good. But you can count on 9 out of 10 times you order food something in it will be cold.The Sonic on Malabar Rd had never given me cold food. Why can't Babcock location understand if you won't eat that cold food yourself don't serve it to your customers.
Probably the worst sonic I’ve encountered. The online ordering is always unavailable but only for this location which conveniently means you can’t use any of the deals.Food takes forever to arrive and the drive in stalls are largely unkempt and in disrepair. Seriously rundown down dump.
Food was okay... All in all the food was acceptable however a lot of the drive-in spaces have been hit by people trying to pull in or out... I thought that was a little funny.?
