This restaurant has new owners in the past year or so. They serve the BEST fresh garlic rolls we have found anywhere and the Calzone is excellent!
I believe there are new owners and they made this a great experience! (I have been here prior to the new management/owners and it always felt so disorganized and my order has been wrong on many occasions… I decided to give them another go hearing there was a change in staff)I called to place a to go order and the gentleman that took my order was very kind and helpful. Made this such an easy order and same upon my pick up.I was greeted and treated like family for the all of 1 minute I was in there. It felt like home!The pizzas were HUGE and generous with toppings.The Hawaiian pizza is my husbands favorite and he has tried everyone in town, this was one of his favs.My white margarita was also delish! It didn’t have pizza sauce of any kind and normally I like a Alfredo but again, this had great flavor and didn’t even need the sauce.The crust had a nice crisp bottom, while still a bit doughy and fluffy on top!I will absolutely be ordering again and very excited to try some items other than pizza that they offer!Thank you Slices and welcome to the neighborhood!
The food was delicious. They even had a small and medium gluten free pizza option (not its obviously cooked in the same kitchen with everything else so not entirely safe for those with celiac but it was great to see the choice). Service was fast and friendly. Two people at our table got wings and said they were delicious (plain and sweet chili).
Came on a recommendation from a friend and wow!! We did the lunch special: fountain drink, house salad (or soup), and 1 slice meat lovers pizza for $9.99. The garlic knots are fantastic!! The pizza slice is huge and holy crow the toppings were so delicious. Highly recommend this place. Yes they have more than just pizza, from calzones to wings. They also have desserts but I was too stuffed to try any.
First visit. I decided today was a, 'different' pizza joint day for me. I picked Slices Pizza. The reviews seemed favorable. I did a half pepperoni & the other half bacon and mushrooms all over. The pizza was good! It was a little different than what I expected, even with reading some reviews. Surprisingly, the crust was 'airy', if you will, and it had a good chewy consistency. It wasn't as thin as New York style, but it wasn't bread thick either. I liked it! The edge crust was soft and airy also. The mushroom toppings get a thumbs up because they are dried rather than the out of the can saturated kind, and that is a plus for me. I'll definitely pay them another visit!
Ate there last week for the first time! It was amazing! The new proprietors are the nicest people you’ll ever run into. Great service and the food is Delicioso!The best is they are open on Saturday’s!Magnifico!
An amazing dinner. We had a little of everything. Spaghetti, Alfredo, Pizza, wings and of course cannolli's. EVERYTHING is amazing... You gotta go there.
Amazing Italian food, family-owned darling restaurant. Great prices. New owners have done and are going to do some very fun things to this restaurant. I hope you go and support them and enjoy
Ate lunch today at Slices Italian Kitchen. The food was awesome. The portions huge!! Don’t leave without first eating a piece of almond crunch cake, it’s a little piece of heaven. There is a great family atmosphere with the new owners. This place is well worth the trip from where ever you are in the central Florida area!!!
Nice too see the Slices open again. Looks completely different, feels better, fresh, homey. As usual the Pizza was great. A little saltier but great.Thanks Guys
