My husband and I really enjoyed our dining experience last night at Red Lobster!! CINDI was our server and we would highly recommend her. She was very nice, was very attentive checking on us to see what we needed regularly, and went above and beyond to see we had a great dining experience!!! The food was delicious and so all in all it was a great evening for our dining out last night!!!
We had an excellent meal tonight at Red Lobster, with the Walt's Shrimp Special. The Shrimp were excellent and Baked Potato and Caesar Salad delicious. The Biscuits were excellent too!! Our server CINDI was GREAT!!! I would highly recommend her as she made our meal time special!!! She was very nice, attentive, and excellent with serving us tonight. She went the extra mile in making sure we had what we needed at the start of the meal to the very end!!! We had a GREAT time and we will be back!!! A big Thank You to CINDI and the Cook Too!!!
There we're only 10 tables seated in the whole restaurant and they told us the servers were really busy. We had 2 with gluten allergies and made that very clear from the onset. Basically nothing went right..... Took half an hour just to get the appetizers.They brought the salads with croutons. When we pointed out the allergies and that they needed to be remade, we're pretty sure they just went back and took the croutons off the saladsand reserved them. My mother was sick and in immense pain before we even got home. They got the appetizers wrong. We had to ask 3 times for spoons to go with the soup they brought out. My husband ordered clam chowder... that never came. We had to ask them to remove that from the bill. They brought the entrees, one of which had crab legs. We never got the crab kit to eat them. My husband was trying to break them open to get the crab out. Even though we asked 3 times for the crab kit. At the end if the meal on our way out we had to ask for the manager....apparently she had no idea there were any problems at all. She gave us a 25% discount by honestly it was too little too late. We won't be back. At least not to this location. One of the worst dining experiences we've ever had.
Crystal was our server and took great care of us. We had a lot of special requests and she got everything right the first time! Thank you so much for giving us a great meal with out of town family. Good was great.
Our server Sarah was amazing!! Great food, great service, and all in all a great night!!
The food was great, cooked to order. I gave 4 stars instead of five for the fact that the restaurant was short staffed the evening we went so the service was understandably slow. Our waiter did a great job considering the number of people he was serving.

It's been a couple of years since we've eaten there and it did not disappoint. We had great service and the food was prepared to perfection. My husband and I went there for my birthday and we over ordered so we could have leftovers. Everything has been eaten and we're planning on going back again very soon.
Todo estuvo sabroso. cantidad adecuada steak en su punto. Langosta jugosa. panecillos delicioso. Las papas, brócoli y los camarones. exquisitos. la limonada de fresa excelente. ambiente familiar y muy buen servicio.
