It was my go-to for Chinese until my last order. Almost three hours and 3 or 4 phone calls later, the food arrives... cold! No surprise there. There were no sauce packets and the eggs in the egg drop soup had black discoloration. I wasn't even refunded, only offered a credit which I doubt will be on my account even I ever decide to order again.
Found this place after going to the doctor turns out that the food is amazing I highly recommend the pan fried pork dumplings and the steamed pork buns
We went there after a funeral with about 100 people. They were very good and attentive to our needs. The food was excellent. And the atmosphere was very nice.
Food was not good. Prices were high for Chinese food. The menu didn't have a lot to choose from. I was not happy with my meal, I got shrimp in a fish sauce, but I just didn't like the taste of it. My mom ordered broccoli and beef with rice. The broccoli was hard and the rice was overcooked and mushy and had a weird aftertaste. My sister had the house special, but she said the lo mein tasted like any kind you could get at a buffet, for half the price. The waitress never came back to refill our drinks or to check on us.
Party of 6. Had reservation. No hostess, was seated after 10 min by, the owner/manager. No menus. After waiting 10 more minutes at the table we were not acknowledged by anyone. No drinks, still no menu. There was 1 waiter in the building who was responsible for 14 tables! waited 5 more minutes then left. We did not want to add to that waiters stress so we left. Not acknowledged upon leaving, no apologies by owner/manager. If you can’t staff your place of business, close up or don’t take reservations.
House made mustard yummy!! Food was a little expensive but worth the price.
Best Chinese restaurant I have ever gone too. Loved the food and wonderful service.
My Wife had a medical test that ended late, we decided to give this a try. The first tip of a problem was that only 5 tables were occupied at 7:00 PM on Friday night. Seated immediately, server was courteous. We both ordered dishes with Prawn's as the protein. Mine was acceptable but my Wife had issues. Her dish was advertised as a spicy Prawn dish, not a trace of any spice and no spicy heat. Worst the dish had no Prawn's but small shrimp; must have been two dozen in a bland red sauce. We attempted to discuss with the server but got no where. We will not return.
Loved everything! Flavors were perfect! They had the best hot pot! The bao was incredible! My new favorite restaurant!
Beware if you order online, because your first time ordering will cost you 2 times your entire order total. Where's the warning for this?? No one does this. That's not okay. If I order $40 worth of food, why the heck am I being charged $80??? It has been 3 days now, and every time I call Red Ginger to speak to a manager, I get no help what so ever. I just get excuses about how the order was placed online and the money is on hold. WHY? Then when the delivery person comes to the door, he asks for payment. I had to pull up proof on my phone that I paid. TWICE actually.i will not be placing any more orders. Ever.
