Not the best food too much msg on the beef made it slimy

The menu available for delivery is VASTLY different than the one if you dine in. Which was so very disappointing as I was wanted a whole snapper and duck. A few items missing would make sense, but I checked multiple times due to questioning if I was ordering from the same restaurant.Since what I wanted was not available, I almost didn’t order, but the pork belly in brown sauce sounded too good to pass up! I did regret placing the order.I got the soup of the day, which was egg drop. It was very gelatinous and lacked any flavor. I had to add so much salt and other spices to keep from just pushing it aside. The shrimp tempura roll was ordered with the request of a side of eel sauce (which instead was poured on top which left it extremely soggy) defeating the whole point of it being a crunchy roll. The brown rice was good. Nothing special but I have no complaints either. The dumplings were also just ok. Very bland and basic and given the chance again, I would not reorder. The pork belly in brown sauce was very tasty! The sauce was rich and flavorful, which paired beautiful with the moist and tender pork. This was clearly the winner of my experience. All in all I do not plan on dinning in or placing any orders to go in the future as it was very pricey for one of the most mediocre meals I’ve had in quite some time.I have heard so many mixed reviews for Red Ginger and now I see why. I had previously dined in only once and enjoyed the meal but that was many years ago. (I had the snapper! Yum!)

I ordered the blackened salmon with vegetables. The dish was really bland. I don't use a lot of salt, but I kept adding it to provide some taste. My wife had the tempura chicken, which was much better than my meal. Service was good.

Expensive, but incredibly delicious food! We went to celebrate a friend's birthday, the food was amazing! We waited over 10 min for bar drinks, but even those were worth the wait! Hardly anyone in the place ins Saturday night, but everyone should try it!

The food was good, not great but pretty good.Service was great. The robot looks so high maintenance, I’m not sure what the point of the huge splurge was besides for a novelty item. The vibe inside is missing something, not sure what.Oh well, still good - would go again

Had a very good, but a bit pricey, lunch here today. Service was also very good. Wait was about 15 minutes after ordering, as there were about 10 or 12 tables being served. The chicken teriyaki in the bento box with miso soup and a salad was more than filling.

My wife and sister-in-law ate at this restaurant, the charges weren't correct and getting the money refunded was going to require more effort than it was worth.Word of caution: check your charge at the restaurant or you'll have to drive back to the store and show them where you were sitting, tell them the day and hour you were there, what you ate. They can keep the $20 and we won't dine there anymore.Your response to my review was about the same response when I called, I don't think of you as a business that truly cares. A meal paid for by you, since I already overpaid, would have been incentive to return. Customer service is not your top priority.

Just a solo visit on St Patty’s Day. Sushi was great!

Good is delicious and the restaurant itself is really pretty. Staff are very nice

This is the first time but will be last time here. The food is terrible and over cook. I order Peking duck but they re out, and i order spicy beef noodles but they re out too. And when i need a bill, i asked the cup togo for my drink and they said no more cup???. The service is very very slow too.
