It's a nice place the staff are overworked but it's pretty typical for this kind of business. Freedom nice the smoothies are good and it's a real treat on a hot day.
Outstanding that's where I go to get my lunch Is great people that work there.
SMELLS SO BAD. Never have I ever walked into an establishment, and thought it was a bathroom for the second. Not only that, the man who was working looked so bothered to serve me. I know being on your phone seemed more important, but if I am going to pay someone to make me a smoothie, don't be so disgusted. Especially if your guests are there to help support your job, and business. Not only that the guy should wear a hairnet on that thing he calls on beard.
This is my favorite smoothie spot of all time. Employees here are the best! They're always there to greet you with wonderful smiles on their faces. Yes, it's because of Elizabeth, Emma, Garrett, JD and the entire crew that make this specific Planet Smoothie the best on the entire planet! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
Went here and there were 2 employees and neither were wearing masks. You're making food/drinks and with covid going around you should be wearing masks. Also smoothies are over priced.
Recent changes to this location has confirmed that I'll only go to Tropical Smoothie in the future. The light size is no longer an option and the prices have also raised. $7 for a small.... additionally they seem to be using less in the smoothies so you get a watered down smoothie, you're now paying more for. Their loyalty program number taker also seems to never to be working now and the new paying systems requires you to tell the worker if you're going to tip them or not, which leaves me with an icky feeling and almost obligated to tip, even when the service has gone down.
Was dissatisfied with the way my smoothie was made the first time I guess the young lady may have been new..I came back in asked another young lady to make it..she did such an excellent job..it was perfect...you know who you are..thank you!!
I love going to this place, but it's too bad that the employees are so rude.
Too much water in ice bin, Ordered and pd for 2 smoothies tried telling staff person it was too much water in the ice bin employee argued that there was no water in the bin, she was very rude. Left the store realized I didn't get a receipt sent my husband to get it employee who identified herself as Demi told him don't you see I have a line I have to take care of my customers my husband became came an told me he couldn't get the receipt. I went back in and she said I told ur husband I have to take care of my customers so I said I will wait as I did before until you can get my receipt. The young man got me a receipt an apologized.
Good smoothies. Horrible workers. Absolutely no customer service. Lazy.
